It is better but still a little rough.. i didnt expect it to be perfect.. its a woodie so its always going to be rough. My Mother told me its because of the type of wood they used.. its different from that of The Racers and Beast.. its different from most kinds i've seen. SoB's wood looks WhiteWashed, even when it was new. its just.. Weird

Nickelodeon being gone.. Good Paramount theme being gone Bad there are way to many Pros and Cons to this.. with CF buying PKI will the 2007 Coaster Con still be at PKI?.. does anyone know?

I hope they don't. Like WooferBear said, how do you know that's that best option? The best opinion cant be made until Cedar Fair buys PKI and does something to it. But i think that Cedar Fair is ONE of the best picks to buy PKI.. universal buying PKI nuh uh, Disney, Nope, and Six Flags (kill me now if they do!)

An HOUR!?!?! i havent had to wait an hour to ride SoB since the first year it came!! WOW.. usually you just walk right on.. Wow :oIts making me sad having to wait until thursday to go now thats my second favorite ride and now its so perfect

you can see most of it from drop zone.. acctually thats the best place to see them.. (unless you go back there or take a helicopter tour)

I'd say it will be crowded.. those dreaded out-of-towners will be here.. oh and the hotels will be packed! yikes -.-

Carnival rides look better than this and to tell the truth i feel sympathy for this little park.

I heard 5/21/06.. which is today.. i remeber last weekend that the trains were on the tracks and with test dummies in them which was good news.. so i might be over today to see that it is Hopefully open.. i'll die if it isnt. -.-

Thats a good question.. but its almost, for me, a hate/love situation.. somethings i hate and the rest is just a blessing.. i go nuts when people say they hate PKI and i hate myself when i do it.. Im on the fence i guess.

So you agree with Son of Beast? Your arguments just lost all validity with that statement. i put SoB there because i may agree with it, but it is using money K.I. could really use right about.. Now.

PKI is falling down a BIG hill, King da Ka big. IJST was a mistake . NU is just.. well its ok but some of it just really stinks (sometimes litterally). SoB I completely understand and agree with. I LOVE Top Gun to DEATH but it is a 1993 version of IJST. Winterfest was a big old mess for them, though done VERY nicely. New Shows!! even though school of rock is nice.. i saw it WAY to many times. All in all, they just arent the same, they cant get it together and for once i can say that I hate PKI's decisions and am almost BORED of its sameness. -Paramount cancer. - i like that

i doubt K.I. is getting rid of FoF.. very unlikely they will.. they have more rides now.. smash hitting rides that they needed room for on the map.. like the nickelodeon advertisment in the corner next to the B.B. advertisment, if you want to call them that.

Maybe they could be convinced later to add tunnels.. just a thought.. it would make it true-er to The Beast.

No, not like this. Maybe I'm not explaining it well but I've never seen this type of thing happen at a park before. Every one of the ride ops were involved in getting the guests into the excitement of each of the rides. It didn't matter what the rides were, they were all equally as excited. Now this went on through the day. It was the same at each location. Now I know that even I would get tired of being "On and that Enthused" all day long. But these guys and gals never seemed to tire out. There must be some great incentives goin on. <G> Wow... thats like.. really good.. wow. go them.. thats really good. have never seen that much enthusiasm at PKI.. wow. and to think i hated Six Flags that much

some of the staff at KI get you excited as you ride The Beast, if they are good and that is the way it should be, thats how it used to be before SoB came along, then everybody stopped cheering when leaving the station to ride The Beast. But if you have staff that know what they are doing, and have a good attitude and really love what they are doing they will get you riled up and ready to ride.

hopefully, from what i heard a staff.. (one of the important ones) say was around may 21 or something, is when SoB will be out of rehab.. and you can bet i will be one of the first in line, if not the only because people will probably have the thought it is deadly rough, to ride i love it and i need my good woodie speed. I heard it finnaly got fixed because of how many complaints and so many people sueing for back problems and stuff they threw down the towel and said enough. now its costing, what i heard, around a million to put in some sort of metal beam to the wood so that it is stronger and sturdier. also that one of the cars from each train was removed because of the weight, which was also effecting its problems with stability. and to get good veiws of the rehab ride Adventure Express or Top Gun. hope i havent said to much...

Vortex.. Hence the name ... Its fast, twisted, most intense, and there is just something that drives me back to it ride after ride after ride.. (ok so like 30 rides before i get dizzy and know to stop) but its just... something in your heart, ya know?

I went the three opening days.. it was kinda bad on the 17th but it was opening weekend, it was kinda slow but still, opening weekend, it was kinda early.. things around there were really messed up.. but it happens the first week or so.. PKI or not still... cut them some slack.. About NU.. i could not keep at straight face at all.. pathetic, sad, and surprised i was. the only good things there are Phantom Flyers, Avatar and Fairly Odd Coaster. everything else makes me think PKI went to the dogs... aka six flags. im shocked at the recent choices and one very disappointing one i heard that hasnt really been decided yet.. it may just be a rumor but.. it stunk to hear.

change/maintenence: on The Beast before the helix,new tracks, the wood is white, it is smoother! awesome, we noticed it yesterday.

Why run Vortex? It just goes out of a station, through some loops and then back to the station. It's a great way to cut some costs don't ya think? OUCH! Thats alot to say.. its not JUST a ride.. owww, god that was painful! a little harsh, i mean ok its not that great since the breaking system before the two zero-g rolls is there but the rest is amazing. if KI needs to get rid of something it should be IJST.. i mean, it breaks down everyday, no matter what the reason is, that could go.. it was broken down all day saturday, they couldnt get it fixed.. they should just give up. but anyways <> i thought opening day was nice.. it was crowded and pass processing was a bear.. 2 hours to get into the processing building! i know that SOB is being smoothed but they should have had that done.. it looks better though, and hopefully it will be. oh and Great Wolf Lodge looks nice as well.. it looks like it will be done by WinterFest.. but not opened. the building crew KI hires for stuff, they are super fast.

great storms= no rollercoasters open, no rollercoasters open= boredum= boredum at PKI= death wish.. hmmm, friday is not looking to good, now.. but i will still be there.. (wearing orange and blue.. XD )

and Cedar Fair would be... Cedar Points company? just wondering, its almost to close of a relation not to be... I think Paramounts Is still the best choice, you get movies! good movies! and if paramount does leave then, say for example, TOP GUN, what would become of that?!

i think they entertainers work especially hard, i mean i know operating a ride isnt exaclty something to have a field day over, but i think because they are out there so much, some have to sing and dance.. some have to walk around in suits, some dance in the heavy suits too! (Scooby at winterfest during the parade! it was sooo funny lol, god bless scoob) oh and all the little kids around spongebob.. o.0 i think they work pretty hard.
