finally a new restraunt; Hope its totally different, about time they change rivertown for the better it sounds:

Wow were losing action theatre, huge loss!!! in my book, yes it needed a upgrade, but wow?? to lose something else? And really, they could have themed each movie better , like when days of thunder started. Just another attraction lost, and nothing added... in its place Kings Island has to start taking stuff out..... And really we'll Cedar Fair keep letting them add something new everyyear?????????? Kings Island has been known for....really more than Cedar Point????? Maybe they could build the largest, darkest tiques ride inside what was action theatre. Gut the whole building add Antique cars ride??/ you go up and down through the building etc. etc. and around each corner the headlights shine on another spotlight attraction removed from Kings Island or old nostalgia themed, to great soundtrack???

At least Cedar Fair don't move rides, unless, the park closes that is good:

If it was cheaper Kings Island would keep Nick but it sounds, like a retheme may be coming??? But Rides are rides, kids love them, but some characters are always a treat.. Loved the thought of a Oktoberfest celebration This sadly will never happen though!!

Landscaping is getting better, but what we need, is A sit down restraunt, and a new front entrance, All redesigned: and Add to the water park>>>>>

I see shamu wearing mouse ears soon, it will be Disney, this give's them parks everywhere, and owning some of the sesame street stuff too..... WOW!! but what I think would be awseome if the bush family could have kept the parks????? they know how to operate them

Also the coolest thing was the coupons they'll send to your cell phone. After you get to your room there is a sign up for coupons they are great coupons. Like we were with 5 adults and 3 children: the 3 children meals were about 8.00 each 24.00 they take that off your bill: that was great free ten tokens when 10 are purchased one free game of magi quest when you buy a game: Its great and they keep sending them to you:!!!

Great Wolf lodge 01-18-2009/01-19-2009: Trip Report: Stayed in the 2 level, 8 person suite, it had a upstairs, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms it was beautiful!!! Great wolf in mason it was not over-crowded great time, good water park as always: The best ride is stillt he family raft ride.....and then followed by the Toilet bowl I call it. But 8 of us took on the 84 degrees and it was great!!! The food was incredible at the Loose Moose buffet...for supper.... The story time, and animal baloons were great. 2 things they could improve on: Add something new to the water park!!!! 2) Better changing facility for the amount of crowds they have..in the waterpark: Its better than most, outdoor water parks, but not great on crowds, etc. they have at one time .... Overall Rating 1 out 5 5 being the best its a 4...... Winter blues this place really pulls you out of the winter blues!! and Its a great place:::::

Me too! in previous post's I thought the nick stuff had to go,,,,That's good it will be around!!!!! I wonder for 2009 if they will do some nostalgia stuff again for the park...Events I hope 2010-2012 they add to Coney mall.. some flat classic rides.....and maybe a new water attraction over in the Boomerang BAY: ================================================================================ ================= Also Hope like the rest of there parks they don't take out the log flume ever!!!!!!!!

I've never been to the square in indy where this mall seems to be dying?? but wow??? It sounds like it needs a redevelopement for sure: Maybe a fun tainment food tainment, will work for them???

1) it happened to opry land too!!! 2) yes rides will have to go away so new rides can come in , or cost to get in parks will go up and Season passes: 3) will the water park survive at the LAKE??? 4) could this ever and I hope not to Kings Island, or other big parks???to where the land is worth so much??over keeping up a park??/

six flags is a great "small park" with very little shows, but some great customer service, great looney toons characters, great family atmosphere, sure there not the biggest but well done park,,,and the best River Rapids ride (theming wise) the Pingeons blizzard river WOW its cool batman is even in a cage... Also.......With Geuga lake it does make sense they made the park too big too quickkkkkkk

Indoor amusement parks done well is in Edmenton Canada , and the park I love is MOA park inside the MOA...that is great, another one I love is Circus Circus,,,,Indoor parks done right!!! But here in cincy I think with Kings Island People in general expect too much from indoor attractions: i for one thought crazy city, even the old forest fair mall took away the winter blues.... Great wolf does the best. I mean really 2 indoor merry go rounds one at the florence and the other at east gate are never crowded....Heck eastgate is charging 2.00 to ride a train that use to be free (similar downtown for kids).. The retailers and the malls give nothing for free any more.... Good luck to Indy.... but maybe we could build a couple rides off the carew tower and then the mall would be overnight transformed downtown cincinnati to a shopping meca...If you learn one thing a few amusements may not draw a crowd...Look at La$ Vega$ it did not work there, and many attractions are being removed........ We shall see, whats in the future for the amusement parks for the indoorsLLL

Can we maybe say Cedar Fair : SCOOBY LODGE or HANNA BARBERA LODGE..or will they even think of buying it. Its the best of the two parks in cincinnati Surely they can come to some agreement on this?

Paramount if they had kept say Kings Island and Kings Dominion as movie parks where movies come alive could have made it big:::: I feel those two parks would have made Disney rethink seasonal parks::;and Paramount could have built some really themed rides:::Something like Spiderman, the hulk etc. ;

I can bet both companies will address this quickly, to make sure there in compliance

agreed with the last statement. Some of that last statement is because today its faster paced society, internet over 80 channels of tv, movies, dvd, video games.... But those footages of KI in the 70's wow!!!

Wow Kings Island is the heavy hitter this year...? Nothing for Cedar Point? and the ferris wheel went to Kings Dominion?

Wow...But yeh could you imagine, seeing the CONCEPTS to PKI under paramount years, and to NICK U under PKI years...Concepts look awseome: but it comes down to the all mighty money! and what they can do to keep the fans happy at the lowest price,,,, to make PROFIT$$$$$$$$$$ But concepts do they ever come out so exact???? I mean they hyped tomb raider,,,like it was the next big dark ride,, we got something similar to a top spin:::
