No, It was back in around where the wharehouse's are. Just a little room where they kept smaller items of the past. There are little storage areas everywhere even Festhaus. But spac3d is right, however most of the stuff in the storage areas above the International buildings has been picked thru. We use to find stuff all the time. And Yes Interp I had permission to be up there. It was according to what we found if we could keep it or not and who was with us when we found it such as a supervisor. We found mostly older t-shirts most had stains for being in the dusty store rooms.

Same thing up in the store rooms for the entertainment dept. lots of old documents and save alls so to speak.

That was a great wish, the "old KI" was a sight to see. Sometimes no matter how many new rides or how technology progresses over time the ole days cant be beat!

It does not have anything to do with one another, was just stating a general comment. Every year there is great talk of all this in all walks of life just not the Amusement park Industry. And with prices so high a lot of people will go to KI cause they cant afford a vacation. I would be intrested to see the stats over a one season how many guests were locals compared to other locations. People stress way to much over things they can not control, people need to live life at its fullest. As for the SUV's. I got rid of mine but not cause of gas prices. I now have a big F250 which only gets 12 miles to the gallon. No, I do not drive it often I drive a Sunfire or my Tauris.

Its like smoking. people always say when the price goes up they will quit, however most dont they will pay whatever it takes.

I really don't think attendance will suffer to greatly over the oil prices. I suppose logically it could but I doubt it. People will go regardless.

I don't think there was that was a long time ago. To get to the station on the other side we just rode over and the train stopped while the two people switched places. A lot of times the guests on the train would get panicky cause the train would stop and one employee got out while another took his place. At closing time the far side tower person had to walk down the stairs instead of riding back. Often security would escort them if they were woman. Was pretty dark back in that corner.

I agree westcoaster. I hate when its crowded and your in the wave pool, bodies flying everywhere and when you come up from a big wave someones ass is all up in your face.
