haha, maybe it was me. who knows. tomb raider has got to be like THE RIDE to lose stuff on though. if you ever talk to the people who run it, or just look down there, there's so much stuff down by those water jets.

It makes me feel good to hear all these good reports of the lodge. I work in the arcade and personally I don't think that the arcade is particulalry amazing.. has anyone else ventured into the arcade?

If the penny was on Raging Bull at SFGAm, then you could ask my friend Devan about that one...It was kinda funny, he put it on the restraint, and as we went down the hill gravity got ahold of it, and what do ya' know, we hear a guy behind us yell "OUCH"... on dropzone its super cool to put a penny on your knee and watch it float in midair when you fall down/

oh man! you do have a point with that! well hopefully the Firehawk will have enough turnstyles of its own so that the line will be contained at that ride . therefore there wouldn't be an extremely bad issue. plus if the Firehawk is placed far enough back there it still wouldnt conflict with any other lines.

where Is the Firehawk going exactly?

Yeah if rides had to be re-themed TRTR would have to be top of the list.. seriously tho.. what the heck could they re-theme it as?

Yeah I've gotta agree with you ^ above on this one. I'm not too impressed with Top Gun.. never have been.. never will be. But what I'm saying is like if they re-opened that bottom section the ride might get better because you've got a set stage for the action of the ride. Kindof like at Disney World, Star Tours. The ride itself sucks but the whole line leading up to it is amazing, so much going on. I love the line more than the actual ride.

give the CBS/Viacom people some credit tho. they did have some pretty awesome rides back in the day, and they tried to theme things when they bought nickelodeon.

thanks alot for those pics. also it is also thought that paramount sucked at theming alot of stuff but it seems like they did a good job with the theming for top gun. i mean since they actually tried to set up that kind of stuff. why do you think top gun isnt a very popular ride?

Hey someone once told me about a bottom level to TG like beneath the loading station where there was some pretty cool props or something at one time. Anyone care to elaborate?

yeah. thats a good ride. but just think of how many rides they would have to rename and re-theme to eliminate paramount completely

I agree with you there! I really like the phantom theater an bringing it back and making it even scarier would be awesome. There aren't too many of them so it's bound to be a success. And there is definitely enough space in the place you mentioned.

Yeah Cedar Fair owns the park now, and they can do what they like, but it looks kindof empty. knowing what should be there is looks very dull.
