I usually don't get bored because I'll always have something on my mind: breaks, stuff my crew can improve on, stuff like that, but it helps to ride with someone and waving to the people on White Water is entertaining too. It's the simple pleasures that keep you from going insane.

Lately I've noticed that a lot of people are asking about former rides at Kings Island so let's discuss any old ride... I have a question: What was the Flying Dutchman? Was it similar to the Flying Eagles?

Really, I remember going there as a guest all the time about 4 years ago and it was never full, I guess things have changed since then or I always caught it during a down time. Now that I work there I hardly ever go into the Festhaus.

Something like Sinbad at either IOA or Universal Orlando I forget which but it was a really good show.

In 2001, there were these people that were in Nick Central in front of Flume that did stunt kind of stuff with juggling and ladders and uni-cycles I think, I don't remember the details but it was pretty cool

The Festhaus isn't original to the park... it was added a year or more later. I like the idea of turning Festhaus into a game works type place since the place is never full as long as they keep plenty of table space but it didn't happen and that's too bad. Whether or not the Octoberfest theme will be kept is a toss up but either way it doesn't really matter to me. Something needs to be done though, the whole area is looking pretty shabby.

They would probably just lay drop zone on the ground to paint it, it's would just be a matter of removing a few bolts.

Okay so I got proven wrong, but Tower's paint job is really bad and it would be really expensive to paint but i hope they do it soon.

Drop Zone and F/O do not need to be painted, they look fine. The Eiffel Tower will be painted way before they even think about painting Drop Zone or Face Off
