It's not a horrible name. It's original, and if you knew what it meant it would be cool. It's gonna have great theming and a name definately helps that.

When I made my version; my Eiffel Tower was just amazing! Quite a task making it out of vertical coaster track and putting an observation deck in the middle of it.

Ok, who gives a **** how long you've been here; you've only posted 27 times. Also who gives a sh*t if it's your signature. Fix it or it will be deleted. Now back to the topic; I think SOB would be an amazing ride if it weren't for the trains. They're spending all this money to retrack, but it's the trains beating people up. I know no one will like this, but to the original poster it's not "could of", it's "could have".

If it's anything like the regular season Dry Run day, expect it to be packed.

What Steel coaster do you think will last longest?
Tanner replied to TheSnapper's topic in Kings Island
You've soooo got to be kidding! Gemini is far from a piece of crap. It was one of the best coasters that I rode at CP. I'm not kidding either. It's a classic, it's smooth, and definately has the best head chopper effect of any coaster I have ridden. I think you just have a case of "It's a CP coaster so I hate it!" -

Wasn't sure if anyone would be interested, but I've heard that a few people have been asking about calendars. I spent all day yesterday creating a Calendar for 2005 featuring Black and White photographs from Paramount's Kings Island. Not only would you have a great calendar for your wall; but 10% of Profits will be sent to Aaron for the upkeep of this site. You can find the calendar with full preview at Tanner Johnson Photography. When the site loads look at the top right for the Calendar Graphic. Here is a preview of a page from the Calendar. The cost is $15.00 until September 21. Nice to know right after I release the company sends me an email saying there is a half price sale for a while.

Since this thread has been brought back from the dead; I've noticed everyone is putting food that you can get on almost every street. Such as Skyline or LaRosa's. I don't see how that is so good or that it even is that good.

Ok for one I'd have to say this is a stupid comment for the almighty Pat! Slingshot is basically two big poles and you've got the structure done. I know you know that you know that Italian Job is going to take longer. They had nothing to take out for Slingshot; not to mention the complexity of the two rides are nowhere even close.

Yea they do it all in park I believe. Alot of times throughout the years they've been filming around different rides.

Just wanna say Happy Birthday to all the people celebrating their birthdays today (including me.) Today is one of only two days that 4 or more PKIU members have birthdays. Tanner(17) , metalfnatic(20) , skymetal(20) , darque(29)

Ok it's time to stop comparing IJST with Test Track at Epcot. For one the only reason you guys are thinking they're remotely the same is because of the word they have in common. Test track is not a coaster. People on here act like Antique Cars were awesome. If you wanna have the experience again, hop in a car and drive through some woods at a very low rate of speed. There ya have it. King Cobra was awesome; but Delirium is better; and Tomb Raider is much better than the flume; there were two anyways. By the way, all rides are "high tech."

You haven't heard anything because there is nothing to report about. Spray paint and surveyors is nothing to write home about. Give it some time and things will stop popping up. Things don't get built in a couple of weeks.

I highly doubt you'll open the doors yourself. I'm gonna say that they'll open automatically. I highly doubt that this helicopter is a real helicopter. The helicopter in the video appears to be a MD-500; and those aren't cheap. The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office has one.

Vortex will be around for a long time. Look at Corkscrew at Cedar Point. Vortex is a great people mover and is very popular.
-
About time someone recognizes them? They've been being recognized for years.

Some people are just made to be flamed.

You're kidding right Pat? Ever been to a hockey game, Fountain Square, Rockefellar Plaze (open year round). Ice rinks are all over the place; including outside. It would not be hard at all for PKI to do this. The Beach does it at their winter event don't they?
-
That ride is too popular to leave.

While it took me a while to understand what the heck you were saying; you're right.

My #1 is PKIDelirium for his great Vortex Chain Breaking post marathon.

Well I picked International Street...

Tell me how your post in any way, shape, or form; contributed anything to this long dead thread?
