Yeah , how ironic, they said the plan was aborted due to high projected cost. Well the last I checked they should be familiar with costs due to the fact that they just owned Kings Island for a few years lol lol. I agree with you Interpreter, why didnt they just spend the money on the Kings Island park in upgrades and turn it into a world class amusement park. I am allready impressed with what Cedar Fair has done with it and I am sure CBS had a much larger budget to take from. Amazing what can be done with something if you do it from the heart, thats where it comes from when Cedar Fair does it. They truly love the amusement park industry.

Well considering that last year I had over 70 visits to the park I am slacking this year lol. I have attended the park only 50 times so far this year but I will be finishing out the season with my normal weekend visits. I guess I have a coaster addiction. lol

Ive never been there. I think after seeing the video I would probably like to visit the park sometime. They seem to have some really cool coasters.

I agree, I think CF is really going to make Kings Island one of the best parks on the map. I think it is based on reputation. If someone was to go to Kings Island and see a park that was not kept up, they would have second thoughts about visting Cedar Point. Being that they own both parks. It works vice versa also. I expect them to do some really nice things to the park.

I noticed that also. I guess they will probably wait till next year to make those corrections. Im sure they have thier plate full as it is, getting the park ready for the next season with all the changes needing to be made. Im wondering if the entire web site will have a new look for the next season for that matter.

I would like to see Coney grow again. I remember going there alot as a kid to the pool. It was alot of fun , except for the sunburns I always got. lol lol

Yeah lookin back at the Demon it is kinda funny, but it did set the trend for the new generation of steel coasters. I remember riding the Screamin Demon with my father as a kid. Those were the days.
