  1. Good luck riding anything if today is anything like yesterday.
  2. That outline you are looking at is the old Adventure Village pond.
  3. maybe the seats could be 4 dimensional with each row rotating into different positions along the path of the ride. You just described a 4th dimension coaster, not a flying coaster. Yes...what if it were a new seating design on an inverted coaster with computer servos that rotate the rows of seats at any given point.....inverted/flying coaster....just speculating.
  4. I think there is plenty of room for one after the first zero g/cork and the norwegian/batwing/dive+immelman device, but I don't know what it would look like on a footer map. I thought maybe coming out of the batwing before the drop into the vertical loop...but it doesn't show on the blueprint...at least not where I could see it.
  5. I apologize for being clueless but what is a MCBR? Mid Course Brake Run....an emergency stopping point (on Diamond back, it is on the return trip just after the photo spot)
  6. maybe the seats could be 4 dimensional with each row rotating into different positions along the path of the ride.
  7. Does anyone see a MCBR in the video? I cant figure out how they would monitor three train operation without one......***except....if the train is launched up the lifthill and then the returning coaster triggers the launch...
  8. You read my mind. How about Chicken Hawk
  9. With a tutu and slippers...seriously, I think there will be a really cool plaza....and that's all folks.
  10. Yes (it is possible. Or that it does not. On the other hand it is also possible it will be named Kinzelmonium). Maybe it will be named "Oh SHHHHH****TTTTTTTTTT" - because that's probably what people will be screaming on the first drop. (Pardon the language.) Might as well call it the "Loopty Loop" for Rob Alvey or Weeeeeeee......Weeeeeee.....Weeeeeee
  11. The jerk got banned from Disneyworld or trespassing as well.
  12. Aye...but the Celtic culture spread into Scotland! They were manly, yes...but they like Irish Spring too.....LOL
  13. They will need a virgin for the sacrifice....LOL
  14. I wonder if Stengel had a part in designing this coaster too?
  15. The first tombstone on the left states "it is a wedge of itself that splits the oak"
  16. Actually that was the former general manager of KI, and he was "guessing" what the blueprint implied and told that to the news reporter....nothing concrete was divulged. He probably said "looks like a wing rider" and the news reporter researched wing rider and found 3 in the US and reported it by saying "the riders hang from the sides and there are only three in the U.S." Some of those who heard this are the ones who took that as wing rider and ran with it.
  17. now you can hear why it was mistaken for the legend of the Banshee
  18. Actually, Celtic was an iron age culture with trace evidence throughout Europe....lots of evidence in Ireland (Stonehenge...etc) and a basketball team (LOL inserted here)... A Banshee is Irish folklore....look it up, the background of a Banshee is very interesting, they herald death by their scream. Images at the link below...many people have mistaken the screech of an Owl for a Banshee, even in local Irish culture.... http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=Banshee+ghost&FORM=HDRSC2
  19. Since this has a Celtic theme (assumed by the Celtic crosses in the twitter image) Perhaps all of the elements will be represented.....Earth, Wind, Fire (maybe the musical group...he he...) and Water. Now tunnels would be an extra bonus.....through crypts...yay!!!
  20. It almost looks like two barrel rolls back to back between the helices (I viewed the video from 11:49)
  21. millennium force has the same capacity as Diamondback yet has no Mcbr but it does have an unloading station just like Flight of Fear.... Flight of Fear and millennium force have the same ride duration clocked in at 2mins20seconds. Im starting to think Flight of Fear only operates 2 trains. Flight of Fear started with 3 trains and a mid course break run. It loaded faster with the terribly painful over the head restraints....but was always slowed to a crawl in the breakrun in the middle of the ride. Since you exit opposite from where you board (which wasn't the original designers intention), one car would wait outside of the exit for a Loooong time before people could disembark. When they switched to lapbar and lock, it took longer to board and disembark, and they eliminated one train.... and to this day they only operate 2 trains.
  22. They showed the cover page of the site.
  23. Isn't he the one who decoded Diamondbacks two "loops"?
