So I've gathered... who jokes about a bomb threat? Kind of tastless, if you ask me.

Starting to Decode 2014
What is this I'm reading on the UStream channel? The event has been cancelled? -edit- Could've been a joke. Not a very funny one, if so

They used that exact same graphic last season, though. But I do think you're right about the waterpark addition.

4/25/09 Mini-TR
Got to the park around 10:40ish, and headed to Diamondback, figuring that the line would be excruciating long but it was just short of a 30 minute wait. Impressive in contrast to last weeks two to three hour wait. Got off that, and went to The Crypt. It only flipped us 4 times... what happened to the six? It also stopped halfway through and slowly took us back to the bottom. After The Crypt, we went to Beast. Awfully rickety. I got a slight headache from it, needed lunch. I went to Larosa's and dropped 15 bucks. Good pizza all the while. Skipped Vortex and BLSC for the day. Long waits than what they're worth. No thank you. Got on Diamondback again, 25 minute wait. Headed to Action Zone, rode FD. Short ride, but I like the sensation of going back and forth along with the turns. Went and got a cooldown, soft lemonade, and then headed home. Saw the line for SP processing, ouch. Thank goodness for pre-opening processing. Good day, hot and sunny but bearable until you get sunburnt on your neck... it's time to go at that point.

first 10000 riders
Depends on the hourly capacity. Most likely though.

I'm not processing my pass. That's taken care of.

How was it? I plan on taking advantage of the ERT for DB on opening day. I plan on getting there a bit before 8:45 since my pass is already processed. How long should the line be for that?

I'm going through Nickelodeon Universe on opening day.
-
Realistically, how many Diamondback Opening Day rides do you expect?
Once, and thats the ERT. Twice if I get lucky, but I'll likely be enjoying the other shorter lines around the park.

Went and got my platinum pass processed today. Diamondback is one monster. Is it April 18th yet?

Former Hard Rock Park has a new name
You're joking. That's beyond cheesy.
-
What are your opening day plans?
I plan on getting my platinum pass processed one of the early processing days, so I can get there extremely early and get to Diamondback. I plan on getting to it first and taking advantage of the shorter ride lines elsewhere in the park.

Diamondback Construction Thread (Updated 3-19-09)
Well seeing as that the park opens in just a bit more than a month, I can bet on it that they're testing ALL of their rides. Not all the attention goes to the new coaster lol.

Diamondback Construction Thread (Updated 3-19-09)
Since I think the snow is all said and done for us here in Ohio, I think we wont have much to worry about in terms of things happening on time for the coaster. I bet we'll see testing the second-third week in March if that.

Lmao ^^. They better not be teasing us. If they were to put the trains on today, I see no sight on them on the webcam. Where are they if anyone knows?

Haunt Trip Report
I got to the park around 7ish or a bit after to find a near-dead parking lot. We got our passes scanned and went for Son of Beast- walk on. We rode that while the guys with knee pads slid in front of us as we got off the ride. We went to get on Firehawk to get that over with assuming it had a long wait- 20 minutes. After getting off that we skipped out on FOF's 30 minute wait and decided to come back around at 11 to ride that and go through Death Row and TOT. Went to The Racers- walk on and rode it twice. We got hungry and went to the Larosa's in front of the Diamondback construction and got a pizza- we dropped 30 bucks. We went to get on Vortex- I never knew how fun it is to ride at night, and not nearly as rough. My girlfriend and her friend wanted to ride The Beast at night- absolutely incredible. We took a break of rides and went to get on urgent scare. I loved it- I love how they got you going before you went through. After that we went and rode Flight of Fear- walk on and I was surprised. We went and walked through Death Row- meh, nothing but people in jumpsuits jumping at you, mediocre. Then we went through TOT. I loved it, but a man that didn't like it pushed us the whole way through so it sorta threw off the experience. To finish the night around 12:15 we hit Crypt and Invertigo and then took the 2 hour expedition home. Overall I had a good trip. The park wasn't packed and I thought that was good for a Friday night.

Carowinds New Ride Teaser
I feel bad for the people who have Carowinds as their home park, I heard headspin was terribly rough.
