I'm the one in the yellow tank top! Rolling up to DB with a group of 22 people was epic. "How many?" "22" The look on the ride op's face was priceless. I think I heard his jaw hit the ground.

My trip that day was rather random. (Kat IMs me out of the blue) Kat: i wanna go to ki. Kat: wanna go with me? Me: oh i don't know. my burn from yesterday really stings. Kat: i'll provide lidocaine and tylenol Kat: and a ride if you want to come here and save a little gas Kat: it's really hard for me to decide if i'm going today. The setting I was using before wasn't the proper one for my indoor or night photos. It has a dime sized setting wheel on the back with 10 settings, including a video setting. It took a little getting used to, but I got it. I filmed an approaching thunderstorm at night about a month ago, and it perfectly captured every bolt of lightning and crack of thunder (yes, I'm a bit of a storm chaser). I'm impressed with the camera, and happy knowing that I only spent $99 for it at Walmart.

My yellow tank with LMH's design arrived today! It looks great, I'll be wearing it to RWW!

I moved all the pics on my memory card to my computer, and have my 7.2mp Sony Cybershot DSC-S750 battery fully charged. Watch out.

Last year's Cedar Point commercial showed GhostRider and Silver Bullet from Knott's Berry Farm. You'd think that with 17 roller coasters, they'd have enough to fill a 30 second commercial.

I do too. That says it all, and it's not cheesy or sloganistic (yes, I made up a word.. I tend to do that).

Hopefully my tank from CafePress gets here before Saturday. If it does, you will find me at RWW on Saturday wearing a yellow tank with LMH's design on it, and dark green cargo capris to match. And this time I am going to wear sunblock! (Lesson learned.. DO NOT leave your sunblock at home assuming it is going to be cloudy and rainy all day.. duh, Angie. )

Just exactly what are you saying, Angie? My intention certainly was not to "ditch" you guys. Way to make me feel bad. Flyer, who will not begin or end on anything at KI but Beast unless circumstances don't permit. No! That wasn't directed at anyone! I was making a general statement about myself. You were fun to hang out with!

I will be there from 6 am until 1 am (or a tad later) on Saturday. However, I have to work 3 pm to 11 pm on Sunday, so I won't be able to attend that day. Which is fine with me, because bring a friend for $9.99 day is bound to be more jam packed than Saturday regardless of the holiday. Even if Saturday is busier than Sunday, I'm OK with it.. because we get ERT before the park opens, and as everyone else is leaving the park. And if I can handle CP on October 11, 2008 (read: warm sunny Halloweekends/BooBuzz/Columbus day weekend Saturday), I can certainly handle a crowded day at Kings Island.

I'm leaving my house at 4:30-4:45 am to get there Saturday by 6 am check in time. It would be nice to know that our registrations have been received and verified. If I get all the way down there, and I am told that I cannot attend Ride Warriors Weekend due to some miscalculation/slip up/technical error, I can almost guarantee you that I will promptly get in my car and go back home.

I just ordered LMH's design on a yellow tank. I couldn't resist adding to my collection.. that's coaster/park shirt number 16. Last time that $7 shipping got it to my house in 36 hours, so if all goes well, it will definitely be here in time for RWW. (If it does, I have to decide which shirt to wear.. oh, why must I continue to make life hard for myself? )

I registered as an ACE member since I wasn't quite sure at the time how to register as a KIC member (I pretty much registered about a split second after the event was announced). Just to be safe, I'm bringing my ACE card and my KIC member info page printout. I don't want to be put with the ACE crowd. I want to ride with KICentral. I surely hope I am not complicating things.

My best is last year's 8 rides in a row on Drop Tower, and 6 rides in a row on Millennium Force. I know that's nothing to some people, but there are other things I want to ride. I'm not going to meet up with other KIC members just to ditch them for my own personal coaster marathon if they want to ride something else. I'll ride with you guys. I'm not like that. I'm not going to drive 3 hours to Cedar Point to stay on one coaster when my 5 other favorite coasters and my 2 favorite flats are calling to me, and the beach begs me to walk on it, and the Giant Wheel patiently waits for my leisurely ride, and my friends that work there (that I rarely see) are calling/texting me to meet up..

In the last few days, I have had 3 or 4 separate KIC members PMing me and texting me, asking ME questions about RWW registration, check in, etc. I've only been a member for 9 months. I'm not a mod or an admin, nor do I have any secret inside affiliation with the park. I've never worked at the park either. I'm just a forum member. In light of this, I will say: Please do as Ryan has politely asked several times, and direct all your questions and concerns to the park at 1 800 288 0808. I do not have the answers. I wish I could help, but I can't.

Beatle - You still should have said something! I hate it when people post later that they were at the park and saw me but never said anything. It makes me feel bad for not noticing! Zach - It was nice riding with you too! And thanks for putting up with me. I tend to be a bit of a chatterbox, as I get severely excited around my precious B&M. Nick - It was OK. I didn't have to work the next morning so I didn't care. In fact, I slept until almost 11 am. Besides, Graeter's ice cream makes everything better. Trevor - I like your sense of humor about my brawl with FOF.

At Kings Island: Diamondback and Beast. At Cedar Point: Millennium Force and Magnum. I also tend to marathon Wicked Twister just because it's almost always a walk on.
