WindSeeker is 3 to 4 cycles with a full queue. Had no idea about the meal deal. Usually just go to the Backyard BBQ. I am well over my 1 ride limit on Vortex for the season. I will ride if other people of my group want to, but I must stop going with people who want to ride it.

Gatekeeper has developed a "bump" in the back of the trains, much worse than Diamondback's shudder. Got to ride Gatekeeper 30 times on media day and loved it, then went back on opening weekend for Halloweekends, and wanted my one ride to be over with.

Definitely! Would fit in the Crypt building and does not have a minimum height requirement.

There is a construction tour Sunday at 2 pm. I am wondering if it is available to just ACE, or if all paid coaster club members are able to go.

I heard the show is great! I will be sure to see it! I'll probably have to get in line for it early I'm guessing. I decided on Fast Lane Plus because it was only 15 dollars more.. 70... 85.. either one is expensive, I might as well go all out! I've been on The Beast at night yearssss ago and it is safe to say I'll spend most of the dark hours of my visit on it! I was also thinking Flight Deck might be cool at night... and Diamondback.. maybe Vortex? The doors to Ed Alonzo open 15 minutes before the show, and I would get there 15 minutes prior to that to get a good seat.

YOU MUST SEE ED ALONZO'S SHOW DURING HAUNT! It is hysterical! I usually just get Fast Lane when I see that the park is going to be super busy. I will wait to ride The Beast, it is worth it. You can save money by just getting a regular Fast Lane, then going to Firehawk then Beast first thing right after opening. You will also want to ride The Beast at night!

There are 2 more sets of supports installed. 1 climbing toward the dive loop, and another climbing toward the vertical loop. Kumba does have the loudest roar (louder than Mantis) of any B&M that I have ridden. After all, "Kumba" means ROAR.

The fence will not be a problem. They seem to manage to thread track through those A frame supports without trouble. Plus the fence can probably be removed and replaced if need be.

Well, Hollywood Dream:The Ride is only 144ft and Leviathan is 306ft, but they are categorized by B&M as "hypercoasters". Funny rumor? KI swapping WindSeekers with Knotts.

What irritates me, as does my friend, is that people use the park as a babysitting service. Why not create an admission guideline that you have to be over __ to be without an adult? You'd think that parent's would be more thoughtful about this, especially with the recent episode of the guy in glasses recording kids (I know this opens up another can of worms and what not). It irritates me because there are tons of parents who drop their kids off for the entire day during the summer....and pick them up at the end of the night (not really responsible). However, the moment their kid doesn't answer their phone and doesn't show up to the pickup location the parents see it as the parks fault. I just want to hug you! I agree 100%! Plus they line jump, curse like sailors, and are very rude to other people. We were walking from Action Zone toward the front gate Friday night, and some kids stopped in front of a member of my group to suck in the fog. This kid then goes on to say that we cut him off. Then him and his little tween friends began back talking and talking trash when something was said. 1. You stopped in front of us. 2. That stuff is not good for you. Look at the places where the fog has killed the grass! 3. No matter what, do not talk back to an adult.

I agree, and you and I talked about this briefly at KI on Friday night. Although, I will take Diamondback's rattle over the Gatekeeper's bouncy. (Still can't figure out why CP won't take care of their B&M's.) Gatekeeper was amazingly smooth at the beginning of the season when I rode it (Media Day), but when I went to opening night for Halloweekends, I noticed a huge difference. The trains actually have developed a bounce! As far as Diamondback goes, the red train has been giving the best rides this season. Want a neat ride on Diamondback? Sit in row 10, close your eyes, and sit completely relaxed without hanging on. My sweet spots on Diamondback are rows 2, 10, and 16.

This is worse than the "Vortex is sinking" rumor.

In response to the person who wanted to know the first B&M. As of right now, there are 90 B&M's in existence. I have ridden 30 of the 90, and have ridden something that falls into each classification. Here is a list of B&M styles IN ORDER of their opening. Year - Classification - Name - Location 1990 - Stand up - Iron Wolf - SFGA 1992 - Inverted - Batman - SFGA 1993 - Sitdown - Kumba - BGT 1998 - Dive Machine - Oblivion - AT 1999 - Hyper - Apollo's Chariot - BGW 1999 - Floorless - Bizarro - SFGAdv 1999 - Hyper (200+) - Raging Bull - SFGA 2002 - Flying Coaster - Air - AT 2011 - Wing Coaster - Raptor - Gardaland 2012 - Hyper (300+) - Leviathan - CW While Apollo's Chariot's drop is 210 feet, the lift hill is only 170 feet. At only 144 feet tall, Hollywood Dream: The Ride at USJ is the shortest B&M Hyper. B&M does not classify Leviathan as a giga, they still classify it a Hyper.

Row 8 right hand side may get decent airtime on the turn going down the drop. I know on Montu, row 8 left hand side is like that.

There needs to be room to bring in the big cranes in the event that track needs replaced. Why plant trees only to take them out again?

MONTU! My number 1 inverted! This is probably how the lift on Banshee will look. They will not leave a gap where someone could fall during an evacuation.

Not entirely sure that they weld steel coasters. If sections need to be replaced in the future due to stress fractures (and it happens), they will need to be able to take the track out easily.
