Does anybody know how they told all the park guests what to do? I think its weird they somehow told the public what to do but when they went up for autographs the Brady's said it wasn't really them. Obviously if they were just told to not get in the Brady Bunch's way they knew it was them.

Does KI really need something as large as Leviathan? I'm not sure. Diamondback is pretty big in itself. Adding something bigger and similar just doesn't make sense with me, and thus why I dislike the choice of Canada's Wonderland. Something like Maverick is something, I think, that missing from the park's lineup. However, I was talking to Coasterfanatic2012 (my cousin) and we did like the idea of a B&M Wingrider. Flying through the woods in the X-Base area of the park would be something that, in my opinion, would make the most sense.

Wasn't that model in Germany? Just off the top of my head.

Hopefully they redo the bottom of the lazy river and the new wave pool has a smooth bottom. The current wave pool and river takes a toll on your feet.

^^Screamscape was supposed to release the info before the park did. Lance must have been busy or fell asleep, because the info is still not up. It was supposed to be up around 9 p.m.

I searched for this and found nothing so here it goes... I was catching up on a few blog posts that I have missed tonight when I came across something weird. On the left side of the blog page the calandar has a post on the 11th of August, but in the bubble that says "Recent Entries" it is not listed. It is titled "New Haunt Blog Entry." At the bottom of that page it says there were no previous entries and no posts that were made after it. Of course there are previous entries, because it isn't the first post on the blog. There is also a new post made after this one. IDK I just found it strange. This is what it says: "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. I Would Change Nothing At Kings Island, Because It Is Special The Way It Is!!!! :s

I was brought to KI by my mommy and grandma. They started taking me when I was around the age of two. When I turned 7 they decided that I should go ride Millennium Force at Cedar Point. From then on we went to Cedar Point 5 or 6 times a year. In the year 2009 I returned to KI with the magical platinum pass. I came back for the memories, but stayed for Beast night rides.

Are they still missing one of the Dinos? When I went there was one plaque by the T-Rex that said "Coming Soon." I couldn't figure out what Dino was missing though, or why it was missing.

I hope he fixes the things that are already there first before adding new things.

Well, Top Thrill Dragster isn't a "Terra Coaster." Maverick is a "Terra Coaster." Dragster is a Strato- coaster if you wanted to get technical. I really don't think King's Island needs a TTD type of ride. Ohio already has one, and it is a maintanence nightmare. Dick himself has even said it was the worst decision of his career. If KI needed any type of coaster, which I don't think it needs one for a while, a Dive Macine into the woods would be a crowd pleaser. Yes they are not very popular with the enthusiast crowd, but the general public loves them.

Thats what i took it as too, but thought I would ask. I guess I'll just take her up to Sandusky.

I'm going to bring this back since new info was released since I asked the question.King's Island now says the fireworks are doubled and extended on July 2nd and 3rd. Does this mean on the 4th they are just going to have a regular show, or are all three days included? I can only make it on the 4th and if it is just going to be a regular show I'll just head the other way to watch CP's display...

I will also be hitting up Dollywood over Thanksgiving week. It won't let me edit for some reason so sorry for the double post.

This year of course Cedar Point and King's Island will be visited many times through out the summer. Holiday World will be visited sometime in June and maybe again late July. Depending on where my parents decide to vacation this year I will either be visiting Six Flags Great Adventure, or I'll be going down to the Orlando parks. Next year after graduating will be the big year for new parks.

This year will be my 5th year getting a season pass. The first 2 years were just Cedar Point passes, and the last three years have been platinum.

If my girlfriend's mother would let us go to Holiday World then thats where I would definately rather go, but thats not the case. She only wanted to go because she saw the picture of them shooting off fireworks from the tower, so now it looks like we will be watching CP's fireworks over the lake. Thanks again.

My girlfriend and I are planning on taking a visit to the park on July 4th. Since the 4th falls on Monday this year will they still shoot off the fireworks on Monday or will they do it over the weekend? I went on the opperating schedule page on the website and it is open till midnight on that Saturday and Monday. The events page says nothing about it so I was hoping somebody here would know. I'm assuming the fireworks are a lot better on the 4th than they are on regular nights, right? On the webcam page of the KI website it has a picture of the E. Tower having fireworks shot off from it. Is that what it is like on the 4th? Thanks for the help.

I don't know why but "Ants Marching" by DMB played last year while i was walking by the fountains and it fit perfectly. I love that song now because it reminds me of I-Street. "Don't Dream Its Over" by Crowded House is the same way for me.

Not that it matters, but I think Patriot at Knotts beats DB any day.
