yeah thats always nice when no one is there but still...for opening day i just dont wanna walk around in a bunch of wetness....and honestly for opening day i dont think weather will make much of a difference. if it rains you're just going to have a big crowd of wet people...which would lead to a bunch of angry wet people 'cause i dont know about you but i dont like being wet (unless i chose to be wet) and i get a bit cranky.....but on the bright side if it is raining (and not cold) its just another excuse to hit White Water Canyon

just wanna say good luck to everyone applying/auditioning (and to my girlfriend who is applying but not on this forum) i hope everyone gets a job/part of this Kings Island season!!

i could even deal with it being cloudy..oh well whatever....i just dont want rain..or like you said..snow....that would just upset me

very true...and i'd guess this is one of those things that will be worth the wait....at least i'd hope haha

its gonna look amazing when its all done. i cant wait to see it after a year or two when everything fully settles in and looks a little more "natural" as opposed to man made

and i dont usually understand the whole cell phone video...i mean unless you have a crazy nice cell phone. any cell video ive seen is always such poor quality both in sound and picture that i cant make it more than 30 seconds into the video. and i always hate when im looking at coaster videos on youtube and i have to hear some guy tryin to be all "gangsta" to look cool in front of his friends (its always pretty entertaining when the car drops on the first hill and he screams like a girl though)

i dont even understand why people would even want to do that. why risk your camera or your day at the park not to mention the safety of yourself and others. and there is no way someone can honestly think its okay to take pictures of themself on a ride is there? thats what the on-ride photo is for!

Actually, the d70 is the newer and better version of the d100. Nikon's model numbers don't go in any particular order. The newest version is the d90. If you ever want to go and do a photography day, I'd be happy to grab the d100 and the p&s and join you. that would be awesome...i plan to take a few photo/video days throughout the season..the first of which will probably be the second day the park is open. opening day i'll be riding...second day i'll be photographing (while my girlfriend waits in line for Diamondback...i have no desire to ride it..not gonna lie haha)

i still would have sworn that you couldn't bring a guest...so is this like a new thing being able to bring someone? cuz i'd like to but i dont want to drag her all the way out there to have her turned away at the gate. so is there anywhere official i can find that out? or should i just take your word for it

I don't know how many times I can say this. Please read carefully. If you are a member of one of the approved organizations/clubs AND have a season pass, it is free. Each member of the organization/club that will be attending is allowed ONE guest, but that guest must pay $47.99. AH HA! i get it now.....my bad..thanks
