Mixture of rides and atmosphere... KI's rides are good but the atmosphere is great! Cedar Point's rides are awesome, but the place lacks atmosphere. Both are good in their own way. I myself would love to love a park with more atmosphere than rides. Geauga Lake was my favorite park to go to... They had a nice collection of rides along with being next to a lake. It just felt great walking around there. Holiday World is great too.

Millennium Force's height requirement is 48 inches... Maybe a smaller version for HW? Doubt it but ya never know...

So its smaller than the Voyage, but larger than the Legend! I hope its a Launched Intamin similar to Maverick! That park never dissappoints!!!

They already redesigned the ride. You cant really do much more to it.

I dont know if you can sell the wood, i assume its waterproofed and treated, not much you could use it for i guess.

If I remember The Beaverland Mine Ride is in storage at CP!!! I got money on Aquatrax!

Odds are its going to be some sort of water coaster, but Snake is most likely safe to stay. Intamin Aquatrax...

Reminds me when i lived in NE Ohio and the Six Flags commericials... Same thing as the new Cedar Fair... I dont live near a Six Flags so i dont get the local park commericials. Maybe they advertise properly and thats why Six Flags guest satisfaction is at an all time high and CF is getting worse every year?

I have also seen Geauga Lake shown in KI commericials, they showed Villain and Double Loop, its a Cedar Fair thing...The GP doesnt know the difference, so they are lazy when it comes to advertising!

When i was 13 i couldnt do spinning rides... but now i am 23 and i can ride anything. I remember I was at my towns carnival and i was riding the Pumpkin Patch thing, similar to the Teacups (You spin them yourself as it goes the opposite way) and my friends were spinning the crap out of it, next thing i know my head is hanging out the opening and i am projecting vomit all over lol!!! The only ride i cannot ride is Maxair and Delirum, other than that im game for anything!

I always stay at the Howard Johnson at the end of the causeway. Not the nicest place lol but i have many stories from that hotel, many stories If you wanna know the shortcut once you get into Sandusky just let me know...

It might not be that hot, the whole summer has been pretty cool. most places have free water. Must Ride Maverick Millennium Force Raptor Magnum Dragster The other rides are not busts but those rides are the ones you make sure you ride more than once. The hotels on point will most likely be over 100 per night, but you can take advantage of the ERT. You get into the park an hour before they open (9 am) The rides are Maverick, Raptor, I think Millennium, and Iron Dragon?? Most hotels off point are at peak pricing right now also. Also the food is very expensive and most places isnt very good. Famous Daves at the Marina gate outside the park is very good, and reasonable. If you have time try to go into the city and check out Chet and Matt's Pizza, its very good! Its off of 250 on Strub Rd. Hope this helps.

Its a very complex ride... I wouldnt wait in line for it though, (prob cuz i rode it some many times when it was green) I rode it once this year and i think that was enough for me. Think about what has to be done while loading Firehawk 1. Enter the train. 2. Maneuver yourself into the harness. 3. Wait for the ride op. to push down the lapbar/ankle shackle. 4. Clear to recline 5. All Clear Dianmonback 1. Enter train. 2. Secure loose articles (optional) 3. Pull down lapbar. 4. All clear.

Yeah i should of said BM Invert clone. lol. I have only ridden the one at Great America. Those rides are intense!!!

You wanna see a busy park, go to Magic Kingdom on a Saturday that isnt in value season... Not only is it crowded, its crowded with rude parents pushing their strollers with screaming children. I swear they think they are better than you and dont care that they run into you. The midway was so backed up it took my wife and I 45 minutes to walk from the front to where Peter Pan is... When we got there we said screw it and left!

Imagine a dueling invert with not 2, but 4 trains running... I think they could pull it off

Being an hour away from my 1 bedroom walk in closet!!! I get most excited when im going up DB's lift!!!

Keep Congo Falls, and remove the wooden piece of crap across the way and put in a dueling BM Invert!!!

I would avoid Cedar Point on Saturdays during Halloweekends, i remember we showed up at 6 pm on a saturday two years ago and people were parking in the grass along perimeter rd. Got in the park and the midway was jammed. Lines for everything were out of the ques. Waited 45 minutes for Wildcat. The4y also have staffing problems, cant wait to see what its like this october since they got rid of the bonus all together. KI is pretty busy on saturdays and from past experience pretty nice on fridays and sundays.
