I mean not all the new Rides. I like what they made back in 1996 with Jurassic park with Universal Creative. Imaging them redoing Congo Falls like that ride!!! Expedtion Everest is pretty cool Now for coaster their are other business. I mean, I just want a good themed ride at King's Island. Now, a Coaster weaving in and out of canyons seems pretty epic.

Flight Deck got a new paint Job it'll be there for a while... JK Vortex and Flight Deck are getting up there age wise. I'll be sad when they get to the point on removing the Flight of Fear. I think Flight of Fear will have a lot more time then those two rides sense it's a fair popular ride still and is indoor protected from weather. Also it seems they can change the track around on the ride because ever time I go it seems differnt. lol

I never even rode the ride and I have had a bad experience just sitting on the ride. I was at King's Island and it was rainy that day. So I got on it after waiting in line. Then it just happens to start lightening... I was like really.. So, I don't care about it that much

I say we should see them prepping at least. If you really think about it a lot of the rides in Action are kinda actually aren't Action Zoneish. I mean like Drop Tower, Delirium and Invertigo are about the most exciting rides they have left in that zone. Congo falls and Flight Deck are the only two rides left there that are or was a big ride of their day. Now Congo Falls is just old and in my opinion outdated and the same with Flight Deck. I remember riding Flight Deck back in 03' even then that was kinda not as epic as it could be. I say you're right tho, about why Invertigo got painted and the fact it needed it. I think Flight Deck got Painted as well but gray paint isn't that noticeable and or notable. I wouldn't be surprised if one of those two rides went but who know's. I wouldn't be surprised if they added the Go Cart Track back later on to another location. As of right now with King's island and what they're going to do with the Action Zone and the expansion to the park is anybody's guest.

And Close to 10 years later we're sitting here wandering to our self's. " Anything New for King's Island 2014?"

I could see the Back Lot Stun Track being moved to that area it seems more appropriate for that area but it's all about how much that costs. But if they do they'll probably revamp it to some extent. I hope we see "big" "cinematic" " High octane" rides in the Action Zone. I hope CF pulls out the money investment book and get Vekcoma to come and do some rides.

The Nickelodeon area and Generally the whole feeling of what Paramount brought to me at that time but really that was 10 year's a ago I was a kid then and it was my first time there. lol

I really wish King's Island would look at some of the older rides and see what they could do to improve them as well. Look at Congo Falls for example it was made back in 1988. That ride is rather old and in my opinion it's kinda bland and basic. I mean if they redid it as a large river adventure type ride like you see at Universal Studio's Orlando with Jurassic park:The Ride it would be "refreshed" and actually worth riding. Changing the theme of it back to an Amazon style ride. Traveling through the Amazon river being hunted by Cannibalistic tribes men and wilds animals sound pretty bad ass. Shoot, if only they would and get Vekoma to create a ride like that, or any business in that fact. Who know's what the future holds but I do recall them talking about focusing on family types rides. Well that would be a good place to start. Sorry, I am wishing for a bit to much.

I heard about The Beast at night being scary at night. I can only image walking out in the woods at night to get to WWC. I got to do it now.

Men in Black or a ride like the mummy. I think rides like that would be cool because they're so compacted. But they can get costly ( Licenses and animation ). Maybe we will see something like this in the new Action Zone expansion ( if they do ). But from what I heard Cedar Fair doesn't want to get into rights and things like that :-/ So this idea is just a wish for something new an intriguing at Kings Island.

The only reason I see Flight Deck being removed is if it get's replaced or the future park x-pack needs the room but that's far down the road.

That's sad that has happened but it's nobody's fault but only the person who chose to enter a restricted area, Also I don't think I would let my friends or even family roam a park drunk. Luckily King's Island is very concerned about the safety of their visitors and none of this is their fault. But on the ghost note: I am rarely at Kings Island because I live all the way In central Kentucky, But in 8th grade( Band trip) and a other countless time I was at the park when it was dark. Yeah, it's kinda creepy I mean you have all the roller coasters and rides making noise but I get a werid vibe in Rivertown ever time it get's dark. It could of just been where it's near the water ( White Water canyon). I just get a weird unnatural feeling that there was something there other then people. That's just me tho It could been from where I was riding rides all darn day . By the way, do they operate or run the White Water Canyon at night?

I heard somthing around 20k or 40k per machine( seems a little high but that's what i heard.) I live in Kentucky and there is a FireHouse subs in Nicholasville and they have a Coke Freestyle. I do suggest that Sprite Strawberry is great!They cost a bit I know that much. I truly hope they up their game on the food tho.

My first time I went to King's island was right around 02' and or 03' I remember Tomb Raider was a pretty new ride and I waited for about 2-3 hours to ride it. Sadly I wasn't very impressed with it ( Not counting the theme that was top notch!) but my heart was stolen the second time I rode the Flight of Fear.. TopGun1993 could you please find some more pictures of Kings Island right around that time 02' and 03' I really would love to see it like it was almost a decade even tho it really didn't change that much sense then haha. But all of these pictures are great Even if they just go back a year they are still a great way to reflect the memories. I have to say 2010 was my favorite year while 2011 wasn't! But Gosh, I was blown away by the Flight of Fear's still to this day If I can dig up some of the photo's we have taken at King's Island our self's I will send some your way! Keep up the good work!

Goodness, I hate to post this song: The fact it is way over rated but I always thought about my friend and me at King's Island.For some reason this song always plays in my mind when I think about me and the person going. . But here it is...

Well atleast we know it's a Dinosaur related and maybe reptile attraction... But whattt hahha I don't agree with people saying its going to be a 2011 attraction because it seems only back in Jan they just started planing and it seems more logical for them to start working on it or have a small portion done maybe this seasion but all of it I don't thinks so... then again that might be all there is a T-rex hahah

Yeah, I know what you're talking about and I was going to point out the jaw bow... So we maybe looking at a Jur-jur-dinoassic park...lol This is what I thought before but the writing got me all thrown off. lol

Animatronic safari... lol Nah. I mean animatronics arn't really that great... I think people would much rather have real. Unless its a ride or dinosaurs. I'm not saying that idea is bad or anything. It could be a animatronic walk threw in the out doors... Key word I picked up in the teaser video was "out door setting" so yeah.

It was there for along time... I dont see that as failing maybe it was just costing to much at that time,,,, But I do agree about a new thrill ride maybe its something even bigger something that is a combation. I do hope a new zone will be added or a exspaion but yeah only friday will telll!! I mean why not guess at what it is and pass sometime.. So when we are wrong or maybe right we can be like :ohhhh duhh".

I'm actually starting to think they might be bring the Safari stuff back... to much stuff points at that... lol But who knows Kings Island might " throw a cruve ball at us" and it be something totaly differnt. lol

Well on the main website on the banner... if you look in the right hand corner you see something that looks like teeth or something of a creature... So who knows... Maybe they are just leading us to one thing and actually are doing something else. But I do believe it has something to do with the images they have on the area by the X-base becasue the picture they have of it on the teaser page has trees marked and it seems to fit pretty well but thats what I think >
