If your payment due date has passed and your payment didn't go thru it's my understanding your pass is deactivated until payment is caught up. I'm so glad I payed mine off with my taxes. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Just added this to my KI Platinum Pass. I have my pass linked to the KI app, now it's saying I don't have dining on my pass on the app, when it did before. I hope I don't have any issues with my dining plan. I was on the payment plan but paid my balance off in February.
