  1. Still closed and taken b apart. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  2. This happened twice while I was riding Racer and once on The Beast. Neither time could you hear what the heck the person was saying as it did not interrupt the regular programming just spoke over it. I kind of figured it out but some people might have had no idea what the announcement was.I hear it almost every train that goes up the hill for Racer when I'm over in Coney.Baby Crawford coming 2016! You b can hear it from the midway but it's hard to hear it while your on the train. Yes they are cameras on the lift. My question why not follow Cedar Point b and stop the lift and go take article away? They used to do this but not in last several years.Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  3. Its on all gold passes person just has to be in car to use.
  4. I've exceeded my goal of $500 and have raised $1218 so far.
  5. I would wait to purchase Fast Lane to see how busy the park will be that day. If arriving at open I would go to Flight of Fear and Firehawk first as these lines do get long fast.
  6. I saw new FunTV's in line for The Bat, The Racer, Eiffel Tower, The Juke Box Diner Patio.
  7. It never did storm even though a few times it looked like it. They did close rides down on two occasions but the storms never hit the park.
  8. It used to be apart of Rivertown and was Kings Mills Log Flume. This Flume came from Coney Island and was built by Arrow. The majority of the Flume was replaced in 2000 and reopened in 2001 as The Wildtornberry's River Adventure, then Cedar Fair renamed it Race For Your Life Charlie Brown in 2010.
  9. Yes those Action Theater films only showed at the Paramount Parks.
  10. I'll also be sad the day Vortex is retired but hopefully that's a long time down the road yet.
  11. The only part of Vortex painted recently was the running rails. That was in 2009. Last major repaint was in 2001 the year I was on the crew.
  12. That car was a prop used in the Paramount Story, From the Untouchables. I also seen someone take a picture of the jeep that used to be a prop out by Tomb Raider.
  13. I'd say sounds like someone didn't know what they were talking about. 3 clicks is alot considering I believe 5 is the max.
  14. Why would a park be closed to the public on a holiday weekend?
  15. I could see it for Midway Market as its not even listed in the park map for the dining plans. However Subway is. So that $2 dollar surcharge is BS. And how r u suppose to know this as they are no signs posted.
  16. Lol I hear that mistake many times each year. Or even till this day in line for Racer I hear people saying they want to ride the backwards side.
  17. Oh please I've been there the last two Sundays and while the park was busy I wouldn't call it crazy busy. Crazy busy for me would be every ride line completely over filling its ques no parking spaces left and your running into people just walking on the midways. We got 25 rides in this past Sunday with 4 of those being on Banshee. The Sunday before we got 20 rides in. This is just my opinion. And also to add to the fire Mothers Day and Father's Day have always been a low crowd day one of the reason the have these bring a friend day on those days.
  18. I agree on the Microtel comments I've stated here 3 times in the past with no problems and its within minutes from the park.
  19. They always add a few extra minutes to those waits. We waited an hour for Invertigo when FunTV said 40 min wait. But of course the Fast Lane Que was always to the entrance and I think they were doing at least half Fast Lane and half from the normal line.

    Invertigo

We waited about an hour for it as well yesterday but by that point we rode everything else we wanted to ride.
  21. Glad to hear FoF is loading all 5 cars again.
