  1. A coaster, but not necessarily a new one? Hmm... the Geauga Lake Raging Wolf Bobs coaster is finally being removed. Just sayin'.
  2. It was Kinzel as of today.
  3. They sure made it sound like the "must miss" of the list. Thunderhead is one of the smoothest wooden coasters I've ridden and has some incredible air time.
  4. Hey everyone, my father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate just told me a guy with green hair said SoB is back next year!!!
  5. While we're talking about the Blue Racer... Why does it almost always come in second place? At the drop, Red Racer flies down the track and Blue Racer usually gets too far behind to ever catch up.
  6. Agreed on the Sparkler. Still think a small wooden coaster like Tornado at Stricker's Grove would be a great addition.
  7. Also, does Texas have cities? Hmm, looking at that chart suggests not.
  8. I thought Vortex was a robot. That's what it looks like in the old logos.
  9. What are some of the best hotel deals near Cedar Point? Might make a trip up there this summer. I generally prefer hotels with a hallway (not direct entry rooms) and under $100/night. It's just a place for me to sleep safely, not a luxury party room. Any recommendations?
  10. Any update on an announcement?
  11. Technically, the park is currently selling defunct ride apparel. You just have to keep an eye out for it. I want an Adventure Express shirt.
  12. Wouldn't mind seeing a good dark ride. Emphasis on good.
  13. Wow, really? Cedar Point has the "most on any earth"? How is this news team not winning awards for such mind blowing journalism? Also, didn't Cedar Point recently drop to 16?
  14. I heard it's haunted by werewolves. In fact, I think one of them is standing guard outside the station these days.
  15. This got me curious enough to look up more on the Louisville park. Found a few more pictures here: http://digital.library.louisville.edu/cdm/search/searchterm/%20White%20City%20%28Louisville,%20Ky.%29/mode/exact
  16. Tornado is my favorite wooden coaster. There's some vibe of "old fashioned entertainment" on that ride that goes a long way. Does the new Texas Giant count? Racer is always on my "must ride" list at Kings Island. Thunderhead is also a good time, especially at night. Also, Gwazi? No. Not at all.
  17. There's one on I-471S between exit 5 and 4. One of the electronic billboards. It always changes before I get close enough for a decent picture!
  18. Somehow make Vortex a less rough ride. Doesn't matter where I sit, I smack my jaw into the restraint every time. Love the ride itself, but the roughness factor keeps it low on my "must ride" list. Return Adventure Express to its former effects glory. Also, does any one else secretly wish the Nickelodeon deal had timed out right so the ride was Legends of the Hidden Temple theme? No? Okay, I figured it was just me. Agree that blue Racer should go backward again. Also, it would be nice to see a B&M inverted coaster like Montu (Busch Gardens) happen.
  19. Having been on the new Texas Giant, I would love to see a similar ride at Kings Island. Very unique, especially the cars!
  20. Still haven't gotten a good shot of the sign, yet. On closer inspection, it looks like it's actually a Kings Island advertisement, not 5/3. It just happens to look very similar to the 5/3 designs.
  21. Is there much merchandise at the park that features Adventure Express? I think I saw it on a shirt that listed all the coasters, but I've never found a shirt featuring only Adventure Express.
  22. Saw the show on Sunday and thought it was a blast. I'm still trying to figure out some of the disappearing acts, so I guess the magic worked on me. I actually came home and watched the King of the Hill where Hank tries to figure out a magic show trick. If you've seen the episode, that's about how I'm feeling right now.
  23. Fair enough. I'll try to get one this weekend.
  24. Have fun! Mystery Mine is a good time.
