I love it how there is always someone with a SOB accessories, yet to see BB accessories, but great work on that drawing!
  2. I wonder where it will have its memory at the Haunt? I know many favorite things reside in Oktoberfest....
  3. Well in light of the new waterpark, here is one. A hydro coaster that is themed to be a volcano, called "Krakatoa". Now you start off in a cold hardy banana tree forest, which you go around and meander exotic waterfalls, caves, and tikis. You then accelerate up into the volcano, upon which there is water jets with red lights under, symbolizing lava, which then you go out of the top which you go around the volcano, see Matterhorn bob sleds for design, with palms, banana trees, and other cold hardy tropicals. You finally go down into a splash down, in between two tall tikis, which is is a sand filled pool.
  4. As of yesterday from what I could see at Great Wolf Lodge the only thing I saw was the station. I think the station maybe used for the Haunt, let me re-say what I meant, that the Haunt will not just be a short term but a long term Haunt that will be with us for many years to come. In light of this my own hypothesis on the future of this "plain" is that a new coaster will be in place, which I think will be a steel coaster.
  5. Well, the whole "bright" slide paint idea seems to be catching wind, I dont really like it. Alas im just glad crowds will be smaller this year at the 'Bay, or as some say the 'City, maybe the "buzz" that the new waterpark had last year will go away?
  6. Can I buy some Boomerang Bay items off you? (You know I would, BB1 who is a creature of habit) Now a question, is there an foreseeable future to which we may gain a new wooden coaster or a inverted coaster?
  7. So a few months ago I saw a yard with halloween decorations, that actually looked quite familiar. Signs just like the signs of the latter Haunt, blood like lettering and all. So I ask, have you ever used some of the ideas of the landscaping or themes of Kings Island at your own house, and or saw anyone else with such?
  8. Haha very funny, . I just want to see the park in its sleep. Almost like a Winterfest without the lights! Now I cannot access my gmail, but I will re registrate myself soon
  9. Well, I guess the dragon myths were true. Thanks for the photos! Is it just me or does the Nemo pavilion look a bit like BB with the cut outs, or is it just that it took place in the Great Barrier Reef, BB1 who relates almost every topic to BB. I am looking forward to riding Test Track once again, I may visit the AoA hotel sometime, but I will still stay at my usual resorts. A few questions, are the test dummies still around? What are some of the new Hidden Mickeys at these new areas?
  10. I think what the topic poster was meaning was what if it was the park itself that was publicly owned.
  11. I think that some companies would of gone down under, knowing that is a Paramount place to be, so FUN!
  12. I heard it was burned up by a dragon, thar be dragons in those woods. If it is not there today, it was taken down for a reason. I never got to ride this dragon, a shame I havent, but it looked and sounded like a great ride.
  13. I sense a extinction on the Lazy Rivers, or Lazy Miamis around the USA, in light of this idea: An poem on Lazy Rivers Lazy rivers, clear and calm Whisking through the place of joy Maybe a bay where you with whom you were embalmed Or a safari, where you were destroyed for a pilgrim boy All in all, will be missed, a lazy river, run amiss When will you return to me? Making me hope it isn't just a old spree.
  14. Well, you cant find a lazy river at Soak City, but you could of found one in Boomerang Bay. The new wavepool was not thought of in the original design of the Waterpark being a issue with the wavepool walking distance, see Water Works, and the latter Boomerang Bay for more information. BB1 the waterpark enthusiast
  15. What is your 2013 soundtrack for Kings Island, or Soak City? This will be the first of a series of song related topics for KIC, so stay tuned! An shortened example: Kings Island: Coldplay, Viva La Vida English Beat, Save It For Later Hank Williams Blondie, One Way or Another Thompson Twins: Doctor, Doctor Soak City: Wheezer, Island In The Sun Micheal Franti & Spearhead, Sound Of Sunshine Men At Work, Land Down Under Blondie, Tide is High Thompson Twins, Hold me Now
  16. The old safari area, the placement of trams is alright, but that is land that needs development soon.
  17. That would be silly. It is not old, is currently serving a valuable purpose, and is not in the way of anything. It is old, by some standards, the point is, that I just don't think a big metal box that has looked tacky from the get go should be there. I mean its "River Town" why have a big giant box right in the heart of it? Is it the P&G factory on the riverfront? I would rather have pony rides (A bit on pony rides, I don't like them, they smell, showing how much I would rather have another attraction) there than what is there today, maybe a shooting arcade that is most needed for a place like so. It may bring money one time, but the rest it is just as I said, a box.
  18. I say just tear it down, it really is a old, crusty place, that is truthfully an eyesore.

I thought of this when I saw the "random topic" machine... http://memegenerator.net/instance/31291761

You should make one a day, these are priceless, great job and great humor added!
  21. Ask and thou shalt receive Hard: walkway towards Soak City (Wooden pannels with Australian animals area) Easy: koi in the Oktoberfest lake
  22. Lucrative dining, I have an idea that maybe a true to the Point sit down restaurant may come sometime. I hope that this notion of sit down restaurants takes up with Cedar Fair, I have a feeling it may not be that bad if they were to set it in a good area ( near front of the park, possibly in the middle of the border of park and parking for yearly operation, see Rain Forest Cafe, Animal Kingdom) will bring in some more food related revenue. Its great to hear the great financial standing Cedar Fair is today.
  23. Hard: Boomerang Bay items in Surfside Supplies (2012) Easy: WindSeeker, looking up to the top

So true, so many ways. You deserve a cookie, not just any cookie, but a cookie that says KIC, with your name on it, given to you by KIC.
  25. Quick update for internet explorer users. I have went to Google Chrome (Sad to say, what a day) and I can post photos, again, I believe if one may get the internet explorer updated one may post photos, I have yet to try this method but I am glad to say I think my laptop was the only problem. Except for the mobile, which still is having issues.
