Actually, it's "official" top speed of approx. 65 mph is probably what the ride would do without any trims. With full trains, the ride averages about 26-28 mph coming out of the midcourse trim, after which is slowly speeds up through the rest of the course until the second lift.
I don't know. Vortex's first drop in the back seat has pretty darn good airtime. Practically the whole way down the drop.

Happened several times actually. Necessary when boats get stuck. And yes, it does take a while to drain on a normal pump stop without opening the dump valves.
The one I am thinking of does have a carreer, but it is NOT at Kings Island. She is a teacher. She only works the job there during the summer mostly.
