  1. Little tid bit semi related, if you are drinking beer and outside, we sure to wear bug repellent or other methods of deterent as skeeters are drawn to the scent if bear your body gives off while drinking it and there after.
  2. This definitely has me intrigued. 7 Platinum's + dinning could save me a chunk of change if it works out. Pretty sure my Southwest Visa has no foreign exchange fees since it is a travel card. If someone tries it and all is good, I would be fine without the Fast Lanes!

    Funpix

Since it's not listed under the FAQ, for those that purchased it this year, can the entire family use one account as Disney does with their Memory Maker?
  4. I wasn't geeked about the curved drop until I rode Lightning Racer at Hersheypark last week. Thats a fun GCI!
  5. Flats are great except for those if us who can't do spinny things. I force myself to ride them.iccasionally just to make the kids happy and to give them the memories of getting squished on the Scrambler just as I was by my father. I'll stick to coasters for the majority!
  6. As soon as FunPix goes chain wide, I will buy it. We shall see.
  7. Double post. But for amusement park BBQ, Carowinds has it down.
  8. Hopefully smoked meat like at Carowinds. Brisket, pork, ribs and turkey legs.
  9. There is also two Intimidators in the chain as well. One just tacks on "305" to the name.
  10. Same for CP. Parking is NOT included with any pass other than Platinum.
  11. Why is that? Because most Sundays at KI in the fall are walk on city!
  12. So if we renew our KI purchased plats at CP, the free Fast Lane should be valid at CP? Here's hoping. They aren't good for much at KI in the fall.
  13. Rode my first GCI at Hershey last week. It restored my future for wooden coasters. Lightning racer was the soothest most enjoyable ride I have ever taken on a woodie. It's the only wooden coaster I have been able to ride over and over. If this is how new GCI with MF trains are, I eagerly await Mysti now.
  14. Got it for my daughter once many years ago. Got a call from the babysitter the next day. It does NOT come out the same color it went in... Freaked her out. We avoid food dyes and flavorings at all costs. It's not easy but we feel it's worth it.
  15. Welcome to old water mains. Once it breaks once, it's on going. The main that feeds our area is VERY old and it breaks all the time. You can bet that after it breaks, give it a few days and it breaks again. Welcome to the world of pressure.
  16. My guess is the first part is a transfer track/storage shed since it is much wider than the rest. That turn looks interesting though. It's a tight one.
  17. We were planning on going to Dollywood in two weeks but since Lightning Rod is closed, we decided to go to Hershey Park instead and save DW for next year. Enjoy your trip wherever you end up!
  18. What blue track? I'm confused. TrUck... Letters matter!
  19. The wood is for the retaining wall. Some of them are already installed at the furthest location from the pile.
  20. Confirmed it is for the retaining wall.Portions of it are now in place. Also noticed they have excavated out between the tracks and the new wall. It's quite a bit lower than the tracks are now.
  21. What would A Dorney Park issued pass have any bearing over the lines at Disney?Disney - FastPass+ Cedar Fair - Fast Lane (and +)
  22. Recall the "Over the river and through the woods" tweet.... The horse knows the way to carry the sleigh. Could have validity.
  23. Then explain the filtration and pumps within the fenced area of the splashdown visible from the ride. I could be wrong but sure looks like it.
