To me the back gives you more of the sinking/airtime feeling. The front looses that on the first drop, but I have noticed sitting in the front when you top a hill you feel more like you coming out of your seat than you do in the back. IMO

Call Kings Island, they say 14 in their recorded message. I may call tommrow and ask them to name them off.

What are the reasons why you ride where you ride? Do you like front or back and why?

I was on racer and the ride op said "how is everybody?" two people yelled and he said" two of you happy rest of you ****ed?"

5-10. My head was banging on the harness. I dont see how I can try being taller lol

I just dont remember it being as rough, by that I mean hard changes in direction which felt like it was slaming you to one side or the other. I can recall a smoother transition, but never rode in the front before, on that ride. Has to be what it was, im going back this weekend and going to ride again in back and that will tell me. Im not complaining, I still love riding it!!

If you rode the Front seat, you probably got thrown around a lot. Vortex has a few rough transitions. You can thank Ron Toomer for that but it's still smoother then most of the Arrow Loopers. Anaconda at Kings Dominion OUCH!!! is all I can say. I think you thats what it was. Im gonna ride in the back next time and the "drop" wasnt as good in the front. I cant wait till this weekend....so glad i got season pass and not Fast Lane!!!

Maybe it was that train and car, I thought The Beast was smoother.

On the loop on the back of your tennis shoes I ran the handle of the souvenir cup through that loop and I never lost my cup. I did empy it first and after i sat down. Might be some rides you cant do that on.

I last went to the park 10 years ago and my girlfirend last went 3 years ago. We rode Vortex Saturday and it seemed more rough than before. We was in the first car would that had something to do with it? Does anybody have any imput or agree that maybe the middle or back rides smoother or is the ride just getting old? Maybe im getting old haha

I went last sat didnt get the fast pass (I wanted to see how crowded it was) and i never waited over an hour on anything, until that evening. I was able ride Vortex,beast, Adventure Express, backot stunt, white water canyon, Flight deck x4 Racer and Flight of Fear. I paid 2 dollars spun the wheel by Vortex and won one of thouse one time fast pass cards and used it to ride Diamondback!! I used to money I was going to buy fast pass with to upgrade to season tickets and I plan on going back every other weekend. I cant beleive I waited 10 years to come back, going back next weekend for more! ps I didnt see much fast pass on anyride maybe a few. Rumors at the park with ppl i talked to in line is they think a Giga coaster is being put in.

if I was CEO taking over and considering the faliure of Son of Beast, I would want to come out with something that said. "We are not messing around. Kings Island is shooting for #1." To me that would be something record breaking. IMO

I called them today and they said" Kings Island home of 14 roller coasters" I Then went online and counted and only got 13? these are the ones I counted #1 The Beast #2 Firehawk #3 Diamondback #4 Flight of Fear #5 Invertigo #6 The Racer #7 Vortex #8 Flight Deck #9 Backlot Stunt Coaster #10 Adventure Express #11 Flying Ace Aerial Chase #12 The Great Pumpkin Coaster #13 Woodstock Express what am i over looking?

Camden park has a new ride its called the rattler, its a small version of Delirium. it made the 11 dollars I spent getting in seem worth it, going there actually has me back intrested in roller coasters again, so this sat im headed to KI, I got to ride Diamondback! thanks to youtube I can ride it lol

My plan is to ride one then move on to next and not keeping going back on the same ride. I dont think FP should get choice of seating or ride one ride over and over
