  1. Not to sound naive, but shouldn't there be land cleared, prepped, concrete poured before a company starts making coaster track? Don't they do other work besides coaster track?
  2. I am sorry you had a bad time, you spent a lot of money for bad service.
  3. They are going to need more than a bobcat & a chipper. The urgency could be to get the water ride ready for memorial weekend IMO.
  4. Children, you all must still believe in Santa Claus.
  5. Can we at least count out a cowboy coasterSent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk Cowboy coaster is the only coaster it can be. My husband says to have footers poured in the woods there has to be a driveway for the cement trucks and I did not see any paths from the eifel tower tonight.
  6. My husband says prepping a parking lot or cleared land is way faster than moving trees then bulldozing to level up etc.
  7. Have you been on the train this year? No way are we getting a "giga".
  8. After riding the train it is safe to say a "giga" coaster will not be going in rivertown.
  9. Thanks for the explanation. I prefer the before compared to the after on maverick.
  10. I need to go to holiday world this summer this ride looks great. It looks like it was built in and around trees and looks really "nimble". Done researching coasters for today.
  11. Those coasters just don't look to be very "nimble" like skyrush and the cowboy coaster. If there is going to be a coaster in the back of the park it will have to be "nimble". I am taking my daughter to the park after school I will ask some questions. Chugh43: I say I will not shop at Walmart but do go there when I need certain things because of price.
  12. A cowboy coaster, me asking what is the cowboy coaster, and that certain manufacturer that made both rides (Skyrush and the "Cowboy coaster") is very unlikely to be used due to the downtime and other issues So what your telling me is that there is not going to be a coaster then? I saw on this thread what Banshee looked like at this time and all the land was already cleared. Banshee and Diamondback are from the same company.
  13. I am going to disagree. By looking online, rides like Diamondback takes more space to make turns than other rides. It's like trying to make a u turn in a suv vs a mini cooper. I finally figured out the name of that yellow one at Hershey park I like. Skyrush has sharper curves and takes up less space to make the turns. That is why I agree with my husband and think if it's a coaster it will be like the cowboy coaster at Cedar Point by that company. Could the maker of Diamondback make a coaster with tight turns?
  14. By looking online @ rides by the manufacturer of Diamondback takes up a ton of space. If it's made by them they would have to basically remove all the trees back in that area. The track looks bigger than other coasters and the cylinders that holds the track up look bulky and takes up a lot of space.
  15. Maybe the coaster will be at the front of the park and utilize some of the parking lot by great wolf lodge and next to Action Zone.
  16. That new coaster looks like a one trick pony. i hope we never get one here.
  17. My husband says he hopes it's a mixture of the dale Earnhardt coaster, millennium force & Superman if it's a tall coaster. He still thinks it will be like the cowboy ride at Cedar Point staying below the tree line.
  18. https://youtu.be/FpJVac_5XkA That is breathtaking. Looks like the cowboy coaster at Cedar Point.
  19. That yellow coaster at Hershey pa. Rode it last summer.
  20. Where's holiday world? I googled water roller coaster.
  21. I hope your gf/wife does this to you when you are not thrilled with something Mr shark.
  22. I don't know why people stand up for the park. The park won't stand up for you, you are just a paying customer.
  23. My husband says that Cedar Point has 3 or so years to use up a credit that the manufacturer gave them because of some boat ride.
