Which hotel?

Has anyone stayed in the cabins? If so could you give me some details on the cabins? Specifically, how many rooms are in the cabins, how many beds and what size they are, when is check-in and check-out times, What is provided (linens, soaps, etc), Are showers provided in the cabins themselves or are they in shower houses, I am also assuming cable tv is included in the cabins from a previous post, any other details? If anyone has any pdf files or web sites with more info I would appreciate it. I tried to call but they are closed on Sunday and I tried email to pkicamp@parmamountparks.com but it bounced back. I was just trying to plan some trips. The price looks very attractive $60/night for 4 people. I was just curious how many it would sleep as we might have 5 or 6. Thanks in advance.

I wish Kings Island would have chosen a different day than Good Friday for one of their Bring A Friend Free days. I realize the park is extremely crowded these days but it allows me to bring people who I wouldn't be able to otherwise go with. But on Good Friday? Am I the only one who believes this in not an appropriate day to have this benefit? I Just wish it was another day. Sorry. I will get down off my soap box again. Hope the photo shoot is going good today. Please give us an update of how it went when someone gets back. Ugly weather for it though.

I thought they closed the park at 50,000 last year. Didn't they get that many on Bring a Friend day in July (the one on a Sunday). I thought 50,000 was the number I heard.

Word I heard was in the past pass preview night was always very empty. Is it worth going this night or would it be better to go the next day and have the whole day? How crowded has it been in the past on pass preview night? Anyone...

I'm in Piqua. As for the three hour drive from Troy that wouldn't have happen to been the day last September or October on bring a friend day (I believe it was a Sunday) when there was a traffic jam through Dayton? I hit that one. It was nasty. Luckily my cell phone warned me of the jam and I got off one exit before it got bad. I made it to the park 2 hours earlier than my sister-in-law who it all of the jam.

Make sure you are running the newest Java client. It fixes many errors. It is very simple to d/l. Go to www.java.com and click on download, its free. That is all there is to it.

And for the people who pack lunches and eat in the parking lot. That is a lot of people there. Check the picnic area outside the park and the parking lots around 1:00. The web page didn't have much in the way of details on the benefit though. I guess it will come in time.

One of the benefits new this year to Gold pass members is "Each month, Gold Passholders will receive different Gold Pass Meal Deals at specific restaurants in the park! Finally, an exclusive meal deal that your whole family will love" Quoted from the PKI web site. Anyone have any more details on this benefit? When is it offered? What are the prices? What day of week? The web site was little vague. Thanks in advance.

Matt, You think to be one of the first 1,000 people a person would need to be there by 9:00am? I was hoping 10:00-10:30 would make a person one of the first 1,000 since, at least for the free-ride-pass day it is on a Wednesday. I am not sure as they did not have the day of the week listed for Breakfast with the park characters which day that would be. It just said one day a month. Anyone have any different ideas on how quickly 1,000 people would arrive at the park say on any given Wednesday. Espescially the first 1,000 gold pass memeber since these benefits are limited to gold pass memebers? Thanks in advance.

Looking at the new benefits for gold pass members some mention that the first 1,000 Gold pass members will receive a benefit such as free walk on pass on Wednesday or breakfast with the characters. I was just curious how early one would have to get there on those days generally to be one of the first 1,000 gold pass visitors? I do realize that it would vary greatly but just a rough guess or opinion on this would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Can anyone tell me definitely when opening night for pass holders is and the hours it will be open. I am guessing it will be Fr. April 11th from 5:00-10:00 but this is just a guess. Thanks in advance for any answers.
