CoastersRZ Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 It seems like Six Flags is really interested to hear what their guests think about their park experience. The last several years under Paramount Parks, the same could be said about Kings Island. However, since Cedar Fair has taken over, I have the impression that Cedar Fair, in general, is a little more out of touch with their paying customers. Quote

The last several years under Paramount Parks, the same could be said about Kings Island. However, since Cedar Fair has taken over, I have the impression that Cedar Fair, in general, is a little more out of touch with their paying customers. you said it. i had a simple complaint about a ride op on a recent visit to the park. after 4 phone calls, no answers, then a bogus answer and a a reassurance that nothign will be done about the matter pretty much, im starting to think they dont give a flip. i also emailed them a week ago, with no reply. this has been like 4 weeks now... rediculous. used to theyd help you before you even left the park. Dvo Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 ^what does that even mean? Speak English. I think what you're trying to say is "Did they do well in the safety category? Because they have had some problems." If that's what you mean, then I totally agree. I'm very surprised that rider safety ratings were high with the horrific event that took place in KY. Quote
