just for fun
2007 had admission into Halloween for 2006 and you could use the parking pass. 2008 has a 1 time entrance for 2007 2008 has the 1 time admission for 2007 if you dont have parking from 2007 you have to pay for parking The parking pass they give you for the 2008 pass can only be used for 2008. 2008 pass will not include Halloween hunt for 2008 you will have to pay admission for this on the 2008 season pass faq page. I really do not like this since I like Halloween a lot this is a big change for us. Has anyone else notice and other differences in the 2008 pass im debating on getting it this year? raptor
I wonder if Halloween Haunt admission for 2008 will be free if you buy a 2009 Season Pass when HH starts, Maybe to get people to by passes early they will be including HH with the following years season pass instead of the current one, just a thought. FOFirehawkFAN
That is an interesting thought^
The Interpreter
Uh, 2008 passes sold now include free parking for next season, renewal or not... Ryan announced this earlier: http://www.KICentral.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=11069 It's an integral part of Cedar Fair's pricing integrity policy. cholderfield
in pretty much every scenario, season passes are a better value for the 2008 season than for the 2007 season...
InsideMan
Go in twice and buy the 2008 pass...... You can go online or to the front gate and buy a ticket, go in for a few hours and enjoy some rides. Go back ot the front gate and get your hand stamped and take your ticket stub to the admission window and they will take your ticket purchase price off of a 2008 pass. (has to be done the day of visit) Then use your hand stamp to go back in the park. Then come back another day to redeem your free visit with your 2008 pass. 2 Visits for the same price.;.............................. OH YEAH< AND YOUR WELCOME! BoddaH1994
Where to start.. As Interp said, if you buy your 2008 season pass before the November 11th deadline you get free parking. Did I mention that if you purchase a Platinum Pass for $140 you get parking at ALL Cedar Fair properties as well as admission to all of it's hard and water parks? Oddly enough, I don't think I got a press release saying that 2008 Halloween Haunt is an upcharge. Not saying it won't be, but FAQs often change. But yeah, 2008 season pass is a MUCH better value. XGatorHead 8904
They probably don't want to put the '08 HH upcharge in an official press release because they're testing the waters with that FAQ answer, waiting on public opinion. I agree, FAQs can change, especially this far in advance.
