JAHill Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 Boredom is awesome This is a coaster i designed based off The Beastie (former), Son of Beast (w/ loop) and The Beast Quote
faceofbeast Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 HAHA! thats kind of funny! looks like a nice ride too. Josh Quote
BavarianBeatle Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 Awesome!! That first drop would have to be HUGE to make it complete the circuit, but I think a drop of that magnitude would be wonderful.... Quote
BoddaH1994 Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 lol... Looks a heck of a lot like Son of Beast. Quote
JAHill Posted November 22, 2007 Author Posted November 22, 2007 Design #2 Made in about 2 minutes Quote
vortexfan Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 Ha, I like the little character in the UoB cars. Here's a layout I drew up in one of my classes last week (hope you don't mind): Quote
RingMaster Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 Oh, the support failure and hills with no airtime sections are just classic. Quote
JacksonPKI Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 KI has to many woodies already! SOMETHING I WOULD KILL TO SEE AT KI: http://www.coastergallery.com/2002/DW7.html PLEASE KI! Quote
Jasper Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Man its a wonder what a little bit of boredom and some paper and a pencil in class will do to you. Quote
The Interpreter Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Well, if you were John Allen and had a napkin . . . Quote
flightoffear1996 Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Wooden twister roller coasters are freaking amazing! Quote
Monroe Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Well, if you were John Allen and had a napkin . . . It was a menu, I saw it in a video.........man don't you know any thing? Quote
Ki Man Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 KI has to many woodies already! SOMETHING I WOULD KILL TO SEE AT KI: http://www.coastergallery.com/2002/DW7.html PLEASE KI! You tell him KI has too many woodie and beg KI for a woodie? And come on, it wasn't that great. Go ride Kentucky Rumbler. Quote
Monroe Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 This is my favorite woody, I think KI should build one like this. I love the old school coasters, about 40mph, bumpy but not rough, and when a cable slips man is that a fun ride. http://www.rcdb.com/ig1055.htm Quote
JacksonPKI Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 AGAIN: http://www.coastergallery.com/2000/hp13.html Or Maybe: http://www.coastergallery.com/2000/sfo02.html Or how about: http://www.coastergallery.com/1999/GA65.html Anyone will do. Quote
JacksonPKI Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 And KI MAN, That was SARCASM! Hence the Quote
JacksonPKI Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Well, if you were John Allen and had a napkin . . . I thought that John Allen helped with the design of The Beast, but in the end he only designed the brake system, which was removed and replaced. Quote
The Interpreter Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Well, if you were John Allen and had a napkin . . . It was a menu, I saw it in a video.........man don't you know any thing? I know how to push your buttons! Besides, is it their contention that John Allen made it through life without a napkin? Quote

DropZone99 Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Im back! I love those drawings... Im bored so im going to get on paint and make one and then post it. It'll be a while i have dial-up... Quote

I don't know, I have never seen his chin after he ate dinner, or lunch, or breakfast for that matter. As for pushing my buttons, that easy they are all momentary contacts. Push in release, push in release, push in release. I saw that in a video too. Quote

After watching that that ride on youtube, is the train flying off the track?!?! Yes it does kind of pop up off the track, but you can't beat an old school woody like this one. It is even a better ride if you know how to persuade the cable break operator to just let the thing fly. Quote
coaster_junky Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 It'll be a while i have dial-up... i hate dial-up it just sucks Quote
AintNutinElse2Do Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 Okay so I don't have any fancy cartoon drawings but here's my sketch.... Quote
faceofbeast Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 AGAIN: http://www.coastergallery.com/2000/hp13.html Or Maybe: http://www.coastergallery.com/2000/sfo02.html Or how about: http://www.coastergallery.com/1999/GA65.html Anyone will do. dude, a nitro type rollercoaster would rock. but the chances of that happening any time in 2008 are slim, i could possibly see it being the ' Rumor 2009 Coaster ' maybe. but probably not as land-consuming, although there is about 1/2 of KI's land not in use.... Quote
Beast1979 Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 but like half of the land can't be developed. KI could use a Nitro, though. Quote
