Yes. About 8-10 times.

Wow, I didn't know those types had air, I thought they were about speed and head choppers.

You, are VERY wrong and misinformed. But hey, you are young. They are all about speed, laterals and turns, airtime, crazy twisted layouts, and station flybys.

Not to mention that some states, such as Ohio, have rider conduct laws. All riders on amusement park rides in Ohio must obey what the state terms "Duties of riders." Below is an excerpt from the Ohio Revised Code (Section 1711.551).

1711.551 Duties of riders.

(A) No rider shall fail to do any of the following:

(1) Heed all written warnings and directions that require a person to meet certain conditions or to refrain from certain actions regarding an amusement ride, as determined by rule by the director of agriculture;

(2) Refrain from behaving or acting in any manner that may cause injury or contribute to injuring himself or other people while occupying an amusement ride.

In short, all riders must obey all posted or verbalized rules and ride in a manner that may not cause injury to oneself or other riders. Failure to do so could legally result in the offender being charged with a misdemeanor.

As I said, I never rode one of those,

Hopefully that will change

Thanks for the safety lesson. Why are you posting that here? I already explained that:

A - Beech Bend allows POVs

B - For those who don't appreciate POV's that the train was PARKED in the STATION. The lap bars were not down and the guy was waiting for more people to get in the station.

No reason to get angry. No rules broken. Let's get over it.

Sorry. I was not even referring to your post. I was referring to IBEW_Sparky`s post, where he states:

The Rumbler looks sweet, and one question I have is why anyone would be "disgruntled" about POV shots as long as the park ops dont get bent out over it. You grab your camera phone, snap a pic going up the lift hill (for instance) and put the camera phone back in your pocket... BFD, no harm. The only type of coaster I could see it being an issue on IMHO is a LIM coaster.

I realize that you took the images when the ride was NOT moving and with permission of the ride ops. I was merely pointing out to IBEW Sparky the potential implications, both legal trouble and bodily harm that can result from on ride photo taking.
