thejoker8388 Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 I'm planning on going to FearFest for the firs time this year. I was wondering how the crowds are. I have heard that the lines for the special FearFest attractions are horrible, but how are the lines for the normal rides, since this is what i mostly care about. Also, are all the tipical rides open or is it only a selected few? Any information would be appreciated. Thank you. Quote

How packed would you say a normal weekend day or worse? If I want to go just for the year round rides is it worth it or too long of waits? Quote

delirium123 Posted September 2, 2004 Posted September 2, 2004 The closer it gets to halloween, the more crowded it is. I went the first weekend fearfest was open on last year. I'm pretty sure it was on a suday that i went and it wasnt to bad. But i went the weekend of halloween or somewhere around there and it was packed. It all depends on when you go. Quote

I used to go to Kings Island all the time growing up but in 95 i moved to California for job reasons. I just moved back to Ohio around a month ago and i was hoping to get to the park before it closes for the season. So the whole park will basically be new to me. Quote

Knoxville Posted September 3, 2004 Posted September 3, 2004 Last year, opening night. I hear there was a 4 hour line for Route 66. But the clown thing was only a hour. I guess people like new things. The Psyco Path is the most popular Fearfest attraction. Quote

Also like in 2002 will they change the light bulbs to those green ones, I would also like fog machines and monsters walking around. -Jake Quote
