Also, somebody on the news said, "I heard it's gonna be 500 feet tall and its going to have 600 loops," I was like, "If you rode that you'd die." Ugh, people are so ignorant, making stuff up. When the guy did say we were getting a dive coaster, I thought, "Yeah? And its gonna be from B&M? At Kings Island?" And I laughed.

That being said, guests do not belong in the fountains or ponds, except they skate on the I-Street fountain pool during Winterfest...oh, wait... Well, as of April 18, they can glide across Swan Lake in a coaster train!
PKIPoodle Posted March 26, 2009 Posted March 26, 2009 No one is aware of that incident, which I find interesting, just as nobody was aware of Karl Wallenda's walk in the 70's until his grandson recently walked a tightrope at Kings Island. Anybody know that an employee has been struck by lightning in the parking-lot before? i heard something similar (if that one has any basis in truth, this one is probably the usual rumor mill sorta funny addons) that someone was struck in the lot and tried to sue the park for not warning that that might happen in a storm at the park.

"That would be a lot of people's knee-jerk reaction in these types of situations." The lawyer has filed suit against the amusement park asking unspecified damages, arguing the park should have "warned" people not to be outside during a thunderstorm.

CincinnatiCyclone Posted March 28, 2009 Posted March 28, 2009 No, I mean that some peaple think that Drop Zone was demolished and Replaced with Drop Tower, Invertigo was put in the place of Face/Off, Top Gun was torn down and replaced with Flight Deck, and Tomb Raider was shipped back to germany and they sent a new one called the Crypt.

You consider your self a coaster enthusiast? Even though I think Ninja at SFOG is possibly the worst coaster ever built, I never want to see it go.

I heard from a kid in line for SoB that they were moving Mean Streak down here and calling it the Uncle of Beast? I also heared that TTD was coming down here and going where the FX Theatre is once. Uncle Of Beast?! whats next grandfather of Beast? Sister Of Beast?
