February 12, 200818 yr I didnt see this poll on here and I figured it would be a good poll question. What is your favorite ride and why? Firehawk is my personal favorite because it is pretty unique plus the feeling when you go on the loop on that ride is insane.
February 12, 200818 yr Didn't dig deep enough. There are about sixty-two of these threads on these forums. But whatever. Vortex for favorite roller coaster, Delirium for favorite flat.
February 12, 200818 yr Author Oh I just looked on the front page of polls and didnt see any. I didnt realize I had only topic forums from the past few days showing. My bad! lol
February 12, 200818 yr Vortex, because you can look down at The Beast from the lift hill, and because of the good speed of getting through the lines.
February 12, 200818 yr The Beast!!! a roller coaster i could ride over and over...and over...again and not get tired of it!!!!
February 12, 200818 yr What is my favorite ride and why? That's your question? Really? Anywhere? Anything? Okay, you asked: Favorite wooden coaster: The Georgia Cyclone or Tremors at Silverwood (Idaho) depending on the day. Why? They are both very turbulent rides with rapid changes in direction and strong laterals.... Favorite steel coaster: Maverick at Cedar Point...see above ^ ^ ^ Favorite flat ride: Tower of Terror. California Adventure. Best drop ride....ever. Favorite ride to get drug on to when I don't wanna go: Magic Carpet, Kennywood. Sigh. Memories..... The ONLY ride that almost always almost makes me nauseous, and does make me dizzy for days. . .
February 13, 200818 yr Author Well I kinda meant at KI but I guess if were talkin about most favorite ride anywhere I would say Maverick or maybe even Millenium Force.
February 13, 200818 yr I wish that this question would've been in poll format. Anyway, my favorite ride is Flight of Fear because (1) it is an indoor coaster and (2) it is the only sci fi themed ride at Kings Island. Best regards, Italian Chef
February 13, 200818 yr Favorite wooden coaster: The Georgia Cyclone or Tremors at Silverwood (Idaho) depending on the day. Why? They are both very turbulent rides with rapid changes in direction and strong laterals.... Someone likes 'em rough and forceful! Ugh, I can't stand the Georgia Cyclone. Actually more than the ride itself, I CANNOT stand its queue line. Talk about a firetrap! Not to mention, you get 380 people in that small wooden box in the hot Georgia summer at 90degrees. And there are some strong odors to be certain!
February 13, 200818 yr I really think I've come to the conclusion that my favorite ride is the Incredible Hulk at IOA. The zero-g roll over the bridge after the launch is almost euphoric, and everything that follows is just so intense....
February 13, 200818 yr Author I didnt put this in poll format because I wanted people to have more choices and explain why

February 13, 200818 yr It depends on the year! Honestly, Disney keeps things fresh. Both have been reprogrammed often. I have had my best rides on the California version, but I love the one in Florida as well. As for Cory Butcher, I do NOT like rough wooden coasters. There is a huge difference between rough and violent. I love violent...rough is a whole nother story, especially as I get older...

I love violent...rough is a whole nother story, especially as I get older... My apologies for the misinterpretation...I for one found Georgia Cyclone to be particularly rough, in my lone visit to SFOG. Forces are one thing, but the train to my tastes did not seem to ride too well. I guess the best word I could use, was it seemed bumpy!
February 13, 200818 yr at Kings Island: wooden: Son of Beast and The Beast steel: Firehawk flat: Drop Tower of everything i have rode: wooden: same steel: top thrill flat: skyhawk

February 13, 200818 yr The Serpent is no longer abandoned. It was moved to Kokomos Family Fun Center in Michigan.
February 13, 200818 yr Yep, but when it was at Americana, it was my favorite abandoned steel coaster to visit.
February 13, 200818 yr Its really hard to pick just one. Overall, it would have to be The Beast. I usually ride it first thing. Firehawk really proved to be fun ride. I love AE, just like the "feel" of it. I feel like I go back in time on The Racer. FOF is just plain fun. I even like BSSC really well. I've come to accept it as the "new" antique cars in my mind...I still like that area of the park. As for flats, it as to go to Viking Fury. Hard to imagine that they used to use that whole queue. At least its kind of novel to walk through. Plus it has real landscaping!
February 13, 200818 yr As for flats, it as to go to Viking Fury. Hard to imagine that they used to use that whole queue. At least its kind of novel to walk through. Plus it has real landscaping! That would be a drag to have to wait in that long of a line. I don't think I would be willing.
February 14, 200818 yr Beast: Monster: White Water Canyon in the slide side: the wave pool tied w/ lazy river:
February 15, 200818 yr At Kings Island: Hands Down...Firehawk Anywhere: Millennium Force Wood: The Beast Themed: Expedition Everest
February 27, 200818 yr The Beast ALL THE WAY Beast >>>> (Rugrats Coaster (forget how to spell)) >>> Firehawk The Beast is BETTER than the Firehawk. Who judges based on elements... who cares if The Beast doesn't go upside down? And the Firehawk just debuted last season. You all might say that just because it is new and you have something else to ride, but it gets old after a while. (Just like The Beast.) The Beast lives forever.
February 28, 200818 yr At KI: Wood - The Beast Steel - FoF tied with Firehawk Flat - Delirium Anywhere: Wood - The Voyage Steel - Millennium Force Flat - Skyhawk (CP)
