BoddaH1994
Since a lot of people have made comments about the food quality at KI this year, I was wondering how you have feel the food quality this year compares to the past few years at Kings Island. TOPGUN1993
I voted "It's a little worse than past years." -Potato Works buckets are much smaller but the price stayed the same. -Panda Bowls are no longer offered at Panda Express. -2 Slices of Larosa's Pizza price went up about a dollar. -Dippin Dots are now 5 bucks..... I remember back in like 2004 when they were $3.75 But I was very impressed with OuterHanks $8.95 for four chicken strips and a lot of fries. At least they didn't try to charge me a dollar for a BBQ packet unlike last year.
KIfan73
I think that operating an amusement park (at least these days) must be a much more slippier slope than any of us can imagine.
Browntggrr
-Dippin Dots are now 5 bucks..... I remember back in like 2004 when they were $3.75 Yeah, and I remember back in 2004 when gas was $1.85/ gal. It sucks on how things only seem to go up in price.

I can remember using Regular Gasoline and it being .87/Gallon. I remember when it went up over $1.00 gallow we thought it was the end of the world. masonguy21
I don't think that it's the food that sucks, I think it's really just the prices. The quality of food seems about the same to me.

Gas prices jumped over $.20 in a matter of hours.

The Interpreter
If Cedar Fair WANTS to increase per caps, they need to give guests a reason to stay in the park for delectable, not hideously overpriced food. One shouldn't have to leave the park to have a passable, not to mention delectable, repast.

I have only been there once this season (so far) the ice cream is still creamy and yummy.....and I don't like ice cream that much. I love KI's though. Sorry, I guess that doesn't really answer your question. I don't eat pizza, dippin dots, hambugers......OK I don't eat meat or cheese so I have to find hot pretzels or ice cream. The Diet Coke and Lemonade are good too, but a bit pricey.
