Building name?

Featured Replies

I worked at KI waayy back in the late 80's early 90's and I remember that building back in the back to the left of The Vortex exit/entrance was a movie theatre. Now I am wondering what is it used for? IT is next to that pay as you go Trampoline thing for kids, or to the right of where Flight Cammandor was located.

They need to take it out if they aren't using it, it is an eyesore.

The building was called Cinema 180 and was used for laser tag. It is now currently used for storage.

That building is an eyesore, and has been under the "destroy" order many times, however something always seems to save it. The last time I heard they were talking about using it as a small maze for haunt, but then they bought the new big building.

I remember going to that little theater. We sat on the floor, and then there was like a roller coaster movie that you watched.

That area is an eyesore. I've said that on these boards many times..... It's one of my few pet peaves about the park. Especially with the Red Racer running forward, the view of that area is awful, in my opinion.....

I remember going to Cinema 180 in 1987,the day of my first ride on Vortex. It had movies in 3-D and you sat on the floor. One of the movies was of Vortex. I remember coming close to being very sick as I had just eaten and didn't realize there would be a lot of simulated motion. Luckily my friend with whom I went that day was a doctor.

That area really is awful. For such a nice area of the park, it sure looks bad. That area could really be used for something.
