ZukoGirl
If you could have any flatride and 2 certain types coasters to your self for a day what would it be? That includes one Wooden Steel of any kind just as long as it's steel And they don't have to be from Kings Island either. It can be something you've already rode or would like to try it's up to you. I think mine would be Delirium, The Beast, and Flight of Fear why because I haven't riden anything like that outside of Kings Island yet and to me they've been one of the most awsome things I've experienced so far. What's Yours? Just so you know I had a hard time picking a steel because my favorites are Firehawk and FOF

Monroe
Most fun steel: http://www.rcdb.com/ig3685.htm The track was fabricated on sight. Favorite steel: http://www.rcdb.com/id2832.htm Just the height alone is amazing. (Oh and the launch system, as if I had any thing to do with it.) Most fun wood: http://www.rcdb.com/id1054.htm The break operators always have some thing funny to say. Favorite wood: http://www.rcdb.com/id67.htm Did you doubt me? Most fun flat: http://www.KICentral.com/history/photos/di...um=2&pos=46 Just thinking of my Mother. raptor
Everyone is entitled to there opinion, but MF is the greatest coaster I have ever ridden. If you don't like it you must not like height and speed and length of ride, MF has it all not to mention the view of Lake Erie. You probably won't like Diamondback either, as it will be on the same premise of speed and height. MF is really awesome late at night when it's dark and breeze is blowing. What exactly don't you like about it?
flightoffear1996
I don't like the Force for a few reasons. The drop and the view from the hill are amazing but the overbanked turns are forceless and I find them very borning. The airtime hills expect the last one the train crest slowly over the hill you get no airtime at all. The enivorment and the surroundings are great but the ride needs to have more airtime. I love the speed and height of the ride but I think its movst over rated coaster out there.
raptor
yeah, I don't know I like airtime hills but I guess if I'm going fast enough I forget all about it
The Interpreter
I can guarantee you this...you will NOT forget about all the airtime on Diamondback. Not a chance. This thing looks to be filled with airtime. And if Nitro at SFGAd and Goliath at Six Flags over Georgia are any guides, and they look to be, it will be. The same is reported for Behemoth, which I have yet to hit.

What exactly are you referring to? I'm confused. When you go around a 540 degree overbanked turn, what forces are you supposed to be feeling that there "seems" to be a lack of? And, there is airtime over the second and third hills. It's floater airtime and not ejector airtime.
House
Agreed, I was just at CP a couple of weeks ago, was there for 3 days. I got in 5 rides on MF all in the back seat. There is definitely air time on those hills. I felt plenty of force on that banked turn as well.

There is definitely air time on those hills. I felt plenty of force on that banked turn as well. On these "overbanked" turns, maybe you are feeling the reaction force along your vertical axis, with virtually no lateral (sideways) force? If a turn is highly banked then you don't feel much sideways force (extreme example = helix at the end of Vortex).
House
I felt it coming out of the turn.
LongLiveTheSmurfRide
I love the Force. Every hill on that ride has airtime. The only one that seems to be ejector-type air is the little bunny hop near the end. Not sure if you rode on a cold or windy day and it just coasted over the hills, but I've ridden it around 10 times over the years and I've always had brilliant airtime on it.
