skaterboy22101
well for me, it would have to be Son of Beast. i had to wait in line for 6 hours during fear fest. the line was all the way to Sling Shot. it sucked.
AgentSoB
Ok I'll bite on this one... My longest wait would be The Beast on bring your friend free day in 2006. It was my friends first ever trip to Kings Island and he wanted to ride. OMG I don't even remember how long exactly we waited, but I was ready to die by the time we reached the station. The line was way past the entrance into The Beast Plaza.
tigellinus
Wow! I feel pretty lucky!! The longest wait ever for any ride at any park in the history of my life!!...being in 5th grade (I think) and going on a school field trip to KI on a late Saturday in May (Memorial Day weekend??) the first year of Top Gun/Flight Deck and as soon as we got there at like 11 am-12 pm going straight to Top Gun and waiting almost 4 hours!!!!! Seriously, every inch of that queue was filled (including all that defunct queue under the station), and the line extended beyond the queue entrance to start....seriously nuts!! Had some bad Halloweekends waits at CP last year too! (but nothing over 3 hours!)
fanofki
WOW. I feel really lucky. I have only gone on the weekends a couple times in my life so that would explain why I have never had to wait that long. The longest i have ever had to wait was probably 1 1/2 for Tomb Raider. I may have also waited over an hour for Firehawk but Tomb Raider felt like the longest.
Beast1979
Hour and a half for The Beast, hour 20 minutes for MF.
gigacoaster2k
3 hours for Millennium Force. 2 hours 45 minutes for The Beast. Totally worth every second waiting for both.
deidre1976
WWC opening year 3.5 hours
JAHill
2005 - BLSC for 3 hours. I wanted to shoot myself for waiting so long for that!
Ashers
Yeah I think we waited close to 3 hours for Italian Job when it first opened! Definitely NOT worth it. 2 hours for Maverick & Dragster when we went to CP this summer though I don't really consider that a long wait since Maverick is new and Dragster had not been open all day! About 5 years agoI went to KI on a Saturday and I think it might have been bring a friend free day....though I'm not sure.....but it was one of the most crowded days I have ever seen at KI. I know it was one of those days when people were parking in the grass down by the cemetary and they eventually started turning people away because the park was at full capacity. We waited through the entire queue and out past the entrance for The Racer. I know it was at least 3 hours for The Beast. FoF was probably about a 2 hour wait. And SOB was out past the entrance and all of the turnstyles were full. To top it all off it was HORRIBLY hot....but I know we still had fun because my friend hadn't been there in such a long time. I will never go again when it's that crowded since we have season passes...but it doesn't seem as bad to wait that long when you have somebody with you that doesn't visit KI a lot. (Probably not too great for them but oh well!) We always try to avoid bring a friend free day now too! ~Ash
DropZone99
5 hours for Firehawk on opening day. It was so not worth it! The next closest waits are for TTD opening year i waited 4 hours, and SOB 3.5 hours July this year.

coaster lover
well for me, it would have to be Son of Beast. i had to wait in line for 6 hours during fear fest. the line was all the way to Sling Shot. it sucked. No ride is worth a 6 hour wait. That is just crazy. The most I have waited is 2 hours for the Millennium Force and 3 hours for the Dragster. markr
Both in their debut year of 2000: Son of Beast ( Because running only one train): 3hours Millenium Force- 2 hours 45 minutes ( and worth every minute.)
gnarkiller
Mine is The Dark Knight at Six Flags Great America. I would say it was about a one hour and forty five minute wait.
Jasper
Gosh i cant remember exactly but i do believe it was about 4 Hours for Spiderman at Islands Of Adventure and the same day it was about 2 1/2 for The Incredible Hulk. I have also waited a good hour and a half two hours for Milly before.

Thrill_Biscuit
WWC opening year 3.5 hours I think I was in that line! Seriously, it was around the time "Back to the Future" was released, I think. My friends and I waited more than 1 1/2 hours on a slightly drizzly, overcast day to ride WWC. When we got to it, the water was smelly and had a lot of brownish-green foam. Not worth the wait. RailRider
4.5 hours for Raptor on its opening week, still one of the best rides ever, especially then because it was so unique.
moe2795
Back when Beast was fairly new; I remember waiting in line by The Racer (when they had the footprints) we would wait 2 - 3 hours to ride; but totaly worth it! Maria
SeasonPass4Life
4 hours for The Outer Limits FOF (As it was called back then) on its opening season. The line started at the E Tower, went around back of Carosel, down past Dogem, turned right and went all the way down to Vortex, turned around and headed back towards Zepher, then turned right and headed for the actual ride. After waiting 4 hours my dad was too tall to ride. That was a major bummer. It was still a great day at KI though.
RailRider
Anyone remember the lines for Torture Tower the first year for Fear Fest in 2000? Those were insane, but well worth the wait.
Beast Man
2 hours for Tomb Raider in August 2002.
Jonathan
I waited almost 2 and a half hours for Maverick yesterday. Worth every second.

G-Force
Probably about an 1 hour wait for Firehawk. ^Yeah I'm feeling pretty lucky too!
Ashers
2 hours for Tomb Raider in August 2002. Oh yeah I forgot about Tomb Raider! My brother and I rode it on opening day and I know we waited all the way past Swan Lake and LaRosas! So worth it though because we had NO idea what it was! I just remember walking into this huge 'cavern' of fog and then we finally saw what it was and we were so stoked. And that was when the water actually hit you in the face! *sigh* I miss TR:TR! I think we did end up waiting close to 3 hrs for it though! ~Ash
noraleesmom
My longest wait was first time riding Firehawk last year. I was with my husband and his cousing and his girlfriend and we waited a little over 2 hours. It sure didnt seem like it cause we talked the whole time but that is definitely the longest. Second would be earlier this year .. waited almost an hour and a half to ride the Son of Beast... worth it!
auge.dog
Waited for the Lion Country Safari the first year it was open for about 3 hours if I remember correctly. Pretty cool, but not worth it to a little kid who wanted to be riding rides. I don't think I've waited more than 2 hours for anything else, and even those waits were several years ago.
