fan of beast Posted October 27, 2008 Share Posted October 27, 2008 i've had a slow year. only 23 visits to KI. 2 visits to CP. 1 visit to VIDAMPARK. this is after being in russia the entire month of june and slovakia from july 19th until aug. 28th. usually hit over 50 visits per year. italianchef Posted November 2, 2008 Share Posted November 2, 2008 I made it to Kings Island 29 times this year - a record for me. I was planning to visit a 30th time today, but didn't feel well. In addition, I visited Coney Island 3 times (twice while volunteering at an event), The Beach Water Park twice (once while on assignment), 1 time to the GWL, and 1 time to CoCo Key Water Resort. But add it all up, i went at least 3 times a week every week(open until about 5). So probably all together way over 75 times... and ive already bought my pass for next year... Im another crazy nutcase, 28 times so far and i will for sure get visit 29 later today and will have 30+ by the time the season ends As of tonight: Dad 28 times Mom and the kids 56 times. BavarianBeatle Posted November 5, 2008 Share Posted November 5, 2008 Well, the last time we went to the Haunt, they used the hand held scanner to check our passes and yesterday, that wasn't counted in the number that showed up on the screen.... So if you count the times those were used, we visited KI exactly 40 times this year. Combined with 4 days at CP, one at Holiday World and a trip to Stricker's Grove, that makes 46 trips in the 28 weeks from April 20 to November 2..... I didn`t break 100 until the final day of the season. And I also spent five days down at Disney World in September. I have no idea how many days I spent at Coney Island working this summer. Once with my fiance for the employee weekend and a second time for free with the season pass purchase. Off year for me since we purchased a house and wanted limited distractions while we fixed it up.
