Does anyone know a guy that worked at Tomb Raider by the name of Chris? He's white, around 5'10, black hair always slicked back, very thin, and the nicest ....most-into-his-job person at the park by my opinion! anyone know him?

I met him, but never really got to talk to him. Hes a real nice guy tho.

Tod was the coolest guy ever. I talked to him for about 2 hours on Pass preview night. He really kept me in line. Jeremy was kind of a jerk, but I thought he was funny. Just hope to see as good of a crew on it next year.

Ah yes...Jeremy...I have encountered him. I found him to be quite rude to his co-workers and the guests. He would always be in an awful mood, and be very unprofessional with his guests. I never complained though, I figured that he would be caught anyway. So I kept my mouth shut.

Yeah Todds pretty cool, Hes worked in the park for like 10 years, this season I think hes going to be on Tower.

Nope not in the park this season I'm sorry to say. I have accepted a better paying job with less hours. I really enjoyed my 3 months though. Todd told me he was probably going to maintainence ont he last day. I just hope I see him this year, he was a good guy. I take it Jeremy got fired? I didn't see him any after the end of June. He was a real jerk, I take insults well though.

I heard that in 2003 the ride will be upside down for about 20 sec. also the ride was very poor reliblty

Ok, I guess where back on the original subject now. The rumor that TR will be different this year is a old one. There has been past arguments that it will be different to keep its hype, and it will not be different because it will need a new soundtrack.

I personally belive that it will be different. And possibly a new soundtrack. Now, we all know that creating a new soundtrack costs money. But then thing Paramount makes movies that ovcorse has sound. So creating a new soundtrack may not be out of this world.

I AGREE! TR:TR will be different, it only makes sense for it to be! and a longer soundtrack would cost a bunch of money, BUT...this is Paramount! a movie company! I think they can spare a few bucks to get a new soundtrack for an amusement ride. Tomb Raider will be different, thats not the question anymore, the question now is...how will it be different?

Longer, more intense, and mabey, just mabey, the sparks in the courner will work.

The sparks were very cool. I doubt they are getting a new room because they have rails in that place where the cloth covers the top. I think that they had to have a certain clearance for where the seats fold up.

I enjoyed Tomb Raider but I was way to short for the line that I had to wait in to ride it, I PKI could make the ride longer I think the ride would be sooo much better and more exciting! I hope people agree!

They would have to change the soundtrack and that would cost some $$$. I could see it happening, but I could see them changing the cycle, while keeping it at 2:30.

PKI could make the ride more intence with some high controlled drops and dives. If the ride is 2min.and 30 sec. , that a pretty long ride if you think about it, there is a lot of moves or manuarvers that a ride could do in that amount of time. Who knows maybe they did change the ride pattern over the off-season!!

Yes, I agree, really its a mistake to say that it needs to be LONGER, because it doesn't, it needs to be more INTENSE. You could easily keep it at 2:30 while making it a much more intense attraction.

I totally agree. I think making a more intense ride would be a good thing. It's going to be hard to keep it at exactly 2:30, but that's what engineers get paid for.

It was a pretty cool ride but if i would have known what it was before i waited in that long line, then i wouldnt have waited that long for it.

I love TR: TR! If I would have known that I would wait 4.5 hours and not even get to ride it on PPN I still would have gone beacuse it was fun just being at PKI.

Your nuts coasterfan. Stand there for 4.5 hours and not get to ride, I did it, and it wasn't fun.

i like it because i never rode a huss ride befor so it was very fun but the ride time is so short i wish that it was 4min long

Did you ride Shake Rattle and Roll? That's a Huss ride. The ride cycle is fairly long at 2:30 that is very generous with that long of a wait.

Any excuse to go to PKI, I'll do it! After it being closed for 5 months it was fun being there cause we usually go 2 or 3 times a week!
