Racerrider
Of course Cedar Fair won't be in the park-purchasing business for a few years sfter this whole recession thing is over and they pay off their debt from the Paramount Chain. So what do you guys think? I personally hope they buy Six Flags Fiesta Texas. First of all I love the park, and I would love for Cedar Fair to have somewhere to go to in my home state, and with Six Flags's financial chrisis, I don't think they would put down a deal. But enough of me, what do you guys think?
The Interpreter
I think Cedar Fair will be selling parks. Perhaps quite a few of them. And I doubt Six Flags lasts this year. That being the case, I see NO way Cedar Fair will be buying Fiesta Texas. Quite frankly, I suspect the company that owns Kennywood may well end up owning quite a few Six Flags and Cedar Fair parks before this is all over. CedarPointer
I could see CF selling KGA and Dorney. I could also see them buying Great Adventure or Magic Mountain if the opportunity arose. CedarPointer, who could see that opportunity happening if the chain that numbers its flags had a hard, rocky failure.
Captain Picard
I think there is a little lack of knowing what the financial situation Cedar Fair is in at this time.

Magnum sinking has more plausibility at this point!!
