Private equity firms are famous for adding more debt (and perceived value) before offloading.

We know they would have offloaded Dick Kinzel and his kindred, accompanied by the pre-agreed upon loot and booty--or should I say dowry?

Surely one reason Dick Kinzel is reportedly so unhappy in retirement is that his carefully planned accretion to his personal fortune was thwarted.

I know Id have a very hard time looking at "my" old park every single time I looked out my window, or was outside in my yard on any given day.  I cant even imagine how hard it is for a guy with his ego, so that probably plays into it as well.  I dont even like seeing a car Ive once owned, after Ive sold it.
