I remember on August sixth right before the announcement, I was thinking about just looking at the name and stats, so the whole ride it's self would be a surprise. Yes I realize there are switchbacks directly behind that building, but Im wondering if they re did the building so that the vending machines are now on the other side, where the switchbacks are (and where they have a captive customer base.) Braves0511 Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 I find the pop machines in the line to be kinda useless...But I also usually go in the middle of the week when it's pretty much a walk on. I've never seen anyone use them, and since you can't carry them on the ride, why spend 3.50 on a Coke I'm gonna only drink half of before having to throw it out. Quote

Also, wisely or not, I commonly put my unfinished plastic bottles in the loose articles bin before riding, and then retrieve them when done always without incident. Quote

If you look close enough you can see a black pole on it, instead of one matching the roof. I think the "pole matching the roof" is an optical illusion. Quote

I think you are right, it looks like a cardinal sitting on top of it or somthing that made it looks like it was part of the building.. Quote
