Kings island website is not IPHONE friendly! HELP

Featured Replies

Okay heres my issue, i have an iphone which I use constantly but Kings Islands website uses flash for their online calendar as such the version is not compatable. Is there any other options? I have googled for their calendar but it just redirects you to their site!!! Help!! I need a dowloadable version or just a place where it is posted to view.

P.s. I love Cedar Points website they have a very iphone friendly website.

Sure there is another alternative. Use regular internet. ;)

Flyer, who had to point that out.

Wonderful suggestion yes I am aware of that, that is not the issue I just want to access it on the fly on my iphone. I was hoping someone would have a better solution. I guess i can wait untill the park maps are at the park. Grab one take a pic of the operating calendar then save it to the springboard which will generate a icon on the springboard which when pressed will bring up the schedule. I just did not want to wait and was hoping another iphone owner had another workaround...

There's been rumors of Flash support coming to the iPhone, but nothing concrete yet.

I totally agree with you.

I myself have an iPhone 3G and I am rather upset that the iPhone can't read the Flash player.

But as long as I can see the webcam on my iPhone, I'm just dandy.

Tee hee! I'm glad you liked my suggestion.

They are open from 10-10 on Sat. Apr. 18, 5-10 on Apr. 24, 10-10 on Apr. 25, 10-8 on Apr. 26, and them up through mid-May, they are open 10-10 on Fri. and Sat. and 10-8 on Sundays. Starting on the 24th, they are open 10-8 through the week and 10-10 on Fri-Sun. By then, you'll probably have been at KI and received an operating calendar.

I hope that helps more than my first post.

Flyer, who ought to quit while he's ahead sometimes.

Dare to fly- YOU ARE MY HERO!!!!!!!

That must have helped you, so I'm glad to do what I can. Forgive me for being a smarty earlier, but it's hard to resist when given the opportunity. ;)

Edit: Dag nabbit, Dane...now I look bad again! :)

Yeah...for those who visit this here website. You would think Cedar Fair would make it a high priority to update and make user-friendly the old CBS parks' websites. After all, there's nickels and more at stake here. Half of 2006, all of 2007. all of 2008, already more than three months of 2009...how long can it take?
