Parking question

One of the reasons i'll be at the park at 6AM tomorrow is so i'll have plenty of time to get my new gold pass processed before the park opens. But I only have my '08 gold pass so I don't know if I will be charged for parking or not. Would the people working at the front gate let me in if I showed them my '08 pass or will I have to park at the guest drop-off, walk up and renew my pass, then go back to my car and bring it around into the gold pass lot?

They scan the passes so my guess would be that you would have to pay. I was able to use my '08 pass at Knott's in Jan. but that is because they didn't scan it and it doesn't have a year on it.

If you buy online the printed pass will get you into the park lot one time for free. They scan the barcode at the top.

Anyway I will answer this. You will pay the $10 to park or whatever it cost now make sure you get a receipt for it. When you get your picture taken tell the guy at the door you would like ot be reimbrused for your parking. That is the way it worked in the past. About 3 years ago is the last time I had to do that.

What rule?

Anywho since the office is closed, you will have to pay 10 bucks for parking, than take your receipt to guest relations after purchasing your pass and they will take care of you.

Someone needs to keep up with changes in the TOS before lecturing....
