FOFreak
Me, my mom, my friend Micheal, and my mom's friend Lisa, met up at my house and left around 9 am on our way to Santa Claus. At about 9:15 I saw my first glimpse of the Voyage for the season. Soon after followed by the Plunge! Amazing! The webcam made it look sort of miniscule, but trust me! It isn't! As we kept driving we got a GREAT view of it from the employee parking! We got to the park and situated just and time. We got to the ropes almost just as the park opened and they let the guests through. Me and Micheal split from my mom and Lisa, and hurried our way to Pilgrims Plunge first, because we knew that there would be a big line any other time. Our plan worked pretty good and only had about a 15-minute wait. All I can say is BREATHTAKING!!! Absolutely above my expectations! The open-air elevator may be one of the coolest things I have seen on a fairly old ride type in a while. Very innovative! 10 out of 10. I just hope that it doesn't have the Intamin curse on it. Next we headed over to, my obsession, the Voyage and had about a 35-40 minute wait, not too bad. But the wait was worth it! Absolutely amazing! It my be me not being on it for so long, but it seemed quite a bit faster than it was late last year. 10 out of 10 After we agreed that the line on the Voyage was way to long for a second go, we went to go ride some flats. Starting with the Turkey Whirl, because you have to admit that its pretty fun. We just couldn't get the cars spinning fast enough. I'd give it a 9 out of 10. More in a second... FOFreak
After me and Micheal's attempt at the Turkey Whirl, we headed over to the Hallowswings, decent ride, (IMO better than Zepher), 7.5 out of 10. Next was the Scarecrow Scrambler, really good flat, it just pulls laughs right out of me because me and my friends always make "whhheeeeee" noises every time we go on that ride! 9.5 out of 10. Then there was Paul Revere's Midnight Ride (identical to the Monster at KI), another good little flat. 9 out of 10. After that, we decided to get on the Liberty Launch. Really thrilling ride! 10 out of 10. Micheal started to get a headache so I had to take the second ride in the Single Riders Lane. Another thriller. By far my favorite flat at the park! We met up with Mom and Lisa at Kringles Cafe around 1 o' clock for lunch. We all shared a cheese pizza and I got an order of cheese fries and a Mountain Dew. After Micheal got some Ibuprofen in his system and some food in his stomach, we were ready to hit some of the coasters! More on that in a sec!... The Interpreter
Actually Paul Revere's Midnight Ride is a Spider (identical to the one at Camden Park, but not identical in operation). Kings Island's ride is a Monster.
FOFreak
After our little lunch break, me and Micheal were pretty anxious to get on the Legend, but it had a decent wait so we went over to the Raven first. We had about a 20 minute wait. It was still a great ride, but getting kinda' rough. But its okay, I like a rough woodie! No pun intended, ... seriously, NONE! LOL. 9 out of 10. Next we went over to the Legend, it still had a pretty big line, but I thought that it was the best time to get on. So we got in line and had about a 35 minute wait before we got on board. Micheal loved it. I thought the tunnels and first drop were amazing! 10 out of 10. We both got back in line and got another ride in. We had about an hour left to get some rides in, so we got on the Raging Rapids, which is another one of my favorites. Micheal and I were sitting right next to each other and I got absolutely SOAKED, while Micheal isn't wet AT ALL. How the heck does that happen!?! 10 out of 10 In my attempts to get Micheal soaked, we went back to the Plunge. It had a pretty long wait, but we got on anyways. Within fourty minutes or so, we got on our boat. And yet another great ride! With me and Micheal both sitting in the front row, we got DRENCHED! Absolutely drenched! Next we scadoodled over to the Voyage and got onto the second to last train of the night... well technally, afternoon, but it was fairly dark outside already. So we got somewhat of a night ride on the Voyage! Great ride! I <3 the night rides on the Voyage! Great way to end the day! Final Ride Count: Voyage- 2 Pilgrims Plunge-2 Liberty Launch- 2 Legend- 2 Raven- 1 Hallowswings- 1 Raging Rapids- 1 Paul Revere's Midnight Ride- 1 Scarecrow Scrambler- 1 Turkey Whirl-

Hank
My only gripe about a water ride is getting wet. I don't dry-off very fast - and then I smell like a dead fish all day (and I'm not talking lobster with drawn butter!)
XGatorHead 8904
After reading this TR I just have to ask... were you at the same park on the same day as us? Holiday World in Santa Claus, Indiana on May 2nd, 2009? The reason I'm asking is, like popwar and ToastNJelly, absolutely everything was a walk-on for us. I take that back... we had to wait one or two cycles for Raven, and waited about 5 minutes for Gobbler Getaway. At no point in our visit did we run into anything remotely close to 35-40 minute waits. Perhaps everyone in the park was following you, making every line we went to non-existant.

Maybe he was part of an elaborate prank...maybe Sacha Cohen was working on his next movie!
