TH13TEEN
^ One have you rode MF? Now I haven't rid I305 so I should not be allowed to compare... But MF just really isn't anything special, it looks awful paint, everything. It's rattly and just needs some love and TLC.
CoastersRZ
Well, its not really fair to judge a book by its cover. So until you have experienced Intimidator 305, don`t write it off as being a not good ride. I LOVE Millennium Force at Cedar Point. Some people do not like the ride. Everyone has their own opinions. I hope to be able to make it out to Kings Dominion this year and try out Intimidator 305 to see how it stacks up against Millennium Force. And, I haven`t been to Kings Dominion since the year 2000, so I`m long over due to make a trek out there.
TH13TEEN
Intamin's don't age well, MF just needs help period.
CoastersRZ
Like I said before, I love Millennium Force. I rode it just last year. Yes, some rides do not age very gracefully. I don`t think that Millennium Force is one of those rides. I still love that ride, and would gladly ride that ride anytime the opportunity presented itself. I much prefer Millennium Force over Maverick, and I know I may be in the minority with that opinion.
74Gibson
I have a very hard time deciding between the two. I watch Maverick's POV all the time though and not many others. I kinda decided at the end that I like Maverick better but we'll see this season. his is exactly why I'm so excited about i305. I luv Maverick and Millie i305 is like a combination of both. I haven't ridden it so I have no idea how it worked out but I am hopeful.
RingMaster
From what I've heard, Timmy actually beats Millie in terms of the experience. Robb from TPR (Theme Park Review) says that Timmy "eats Millennium Force and c**ps it all out over Cedar Point." Oh, the Cedar Point fans are gonna riot when they hear this... HTCO
I just saw a story on HLN about I305! It made national news!
HTCO
Warning: Some mild language used in this video! But great video!
Colonel_SoB_fan
If it is on HLN and you missed it, HLN always is on repeat mode, so they will reshow it Edit found this at CNN.com http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/us/2010/04/01/vo.va.new.rollercoaster.wric?iref=allsearch Why are they using 1 train on opening day? That has to be a capacity nightmare at KD
bkroz
^ If you're referring to that video on CNN, it's probably because it was the media preview day - notice there's no line. Because it was a special event. You have to love the fine print in Cedar Fair world records. Intimidator 305: The tallest, fastest gravity driven roller coasterowned by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company on the East Coast that is red and NASCAR themed.
