Yep...and unlike at most other former Paramount Parks, you do not need a receipt (if you go to Kings Dominion with a Platinum Pass or pay for parking, for instance, to get back in the parking lot you must show your parking receipt).

When my parents went to the park they were told they could enter the parking lot unlimited times on they're gold pass. When they did this the second re entry of the day they had to pay 10 bucks and get it refunded at the ticket booth.

I never will forget the first time I rode my motorcycle to the park. The lady at the toll was a super nice lady, probably in her 60's. She scanned my pass, looked at the picture, and because I had my helmet on proceeded to ask me "is that you in there?" I flipped up the visor so she could see me dying laughing from being asked that. I suppose to her, I looked like I belonged in Flight of Fear! That set the tone for a very nice day in the park. Is that you in there??

Interesting. I went twice yesterday, had my Gold Pass scanned each time I went to park, and was not asked to pay.

I've been a season/parking pass holder since 1994 and have never had any problem with being able to enter the parking lot an unlimited number of times in one day simply by showing my pass.

Seasonal parks have a lot of turnover in associates. Sometimes things happen that shouldn't. As long as Guest Relations fixes them, they shouldn't be problems...but then, some guests wouldn't have had $10 to pay to re-enter...I wonder how that would have been handled....hopefully better than a guest with a Platinum Pass at Carowinds on the second Sunday the park has been open, at 9:30, when the computer falsely insists the guest has already been in the park that day.

And STILL the Platinum Passes don't scan at Michigan's Adventure...but park PR people insist there is no problem...and that they don't understand what all the fuss is about....perhaps their attitude would be different if they paid $150 or so to get in all the parks, then got a hassle nearly every other park they went to...

At Michigan's Adventure they didn't even scan our card for parking they just looked at it and said go on..

If they did that here, the toll taker will find problems with their till and would not like the variance.
