Hey Everyone! I just recently discovered this site and It seems really Great, so i decided to become a Member! I was thinking about what my first post should be, and I decided that a Trip report would be the best Since I just visited the park Three days ago. I don't really get to go to the park all that often, Even though I'll be going back in two Weeks, and I want to be able to remember everything that Happens to me at the Park, because I love it so much. Without Further ado, let's get going!

Also, as a Side note, I'm not that big of a fan of huge rides, So as of now I haven't ridden Diamonback. sad.gif

This was my first visit to the Park since Cedar Fair had changed it to Planet Snoopy, and We followed the Usual routine of visiting The kiddie area Before Anything else. We decided to check out Boo Blasters on Boo hill, (Ignoring the rip-off of 3-D glasses for $1.00) and concluded that it was much better when it Was Scooby Doo. Moving on, we Rode the Woodstock Express, which is honestly one of MY favorite rides at the park since it was my first Rollercoaster ever. After that, my sister and my parents made their way over to the Flying Ace Arial Chase, and I just decided to ride the Woodstock Express Again.

Being done woth The Kiddie land Area, we walked across the Midway, Me and my sister took a ride on the under-appreciated Shake, Rattle, And Roll, and then Decided to hop on the Red Racer. I love this Ride so Much! Afterwards we took a ride on my Third Favorite Coaster in the Park, Adventure Express! rolleyes.gif After Two front seat rides with my sister, we went back and Rode The Racer again, my second Ride of the day. After riding it once again right afterwards, (Blue Train, Front Seat.) We Walked back over and took another ride on SRAR, and then jumped on the BLSC, which is always a pretty fun one, especially with the triple helix right after the launch. We then proceeded directly to my favorite ride In the park, The Beast.

After riding the Insanely fun Beast towards the Middle of the Car (I completely forgot how fun this ride was, especially on the second hill when you enter into the fist tunnel of the Helix... INSANE!) we walked over to my Second Favorite Ride, Vortex! I could feel it sinking underneath me as we wound our way through this twisted Heap of track (Only Joking). One thing that I do not like about this ride, however, is that it feels like you are upide down forever in The Corkscrews! That may be just me, though.

My parents then hopped on Diamondback (I wish I would have too...) and me and my sister made our way down to Adventure Express for two front seat rides before Eating some La Rosa's for dinner in the Festhaus. After we ate, I decided to make my last loop around the Park, which consisted of An Adventure Express ride with my Sister, A Front Seat ride on The Blue Racer, and I finished my Day of Coaster Riding with a Fun Evening Ride on The Beast. The last ride me and my sister Rode was Shake Rattle and Roll, Which we Rode Three times that day, before we got some Blueberry Ice Cream next to the Pumpkin Patch and watched the Fire works. It was a Really Awesome day and I can't Wait to go Again in a Few Weeks!

(My only Problem with The Beast was the addition of the Trim Breaks at the top of The Second Hill, and although it still goes extremely fast, the ride just seemed to be better without the Trim Breaks.)

I can't wait to become a More active Member of the Community! wink.gif

EDIT: I forgot to mention that Delirium was closed and Firehawk was down most of the day from what I saw.

Welcome to KICentral nice first post as well as a great trip report. Sounds like you and the family had a great time and do not worry about not ridding DB because like you said you will be back in a couple weeks, so now you have something to look forward too with great anticipation.

Excellent trip report! I think that once you get onto Diamondback, you won't be able to get off! It is a very awesome roller coaster (this is coming from the girl who is terrified of heights) and I wish you luck, as I know you will love it once you get off. Let us know how it goes!

Oh and welcome!
