There have been several threads about the issue of customer service and how effective Guest Services is. Last week I did have an issue at KI. I won't go into the facts. Suffice it to say that I consulted with Guest Services and they were just wonderful. A supevisor, Leslie, called me at home to find out what the issue was and we had a wonderful conversation for approximately 10 minutes. I cannot praise her care and kindness enough. Needless to say, she solved my issue. My point? If something happens to you at KI that makes you less than happy, go to Guest Services. You might be surprised.

Fantastic, markr! May I also put in a plug for letting Guest Relations know when someone gave you superior service? It is a kindness to the employees involved, and to Guest Relations. They hear complaints all day long...they need to hear good things, too!
