CoastersRZ Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Read the article! It is a funny read for "dumbest criminals." The accused said that a park employee friend of hers told her it was ok to take the items! The things people believe is simply amazing at times! Quote
The Interpreter Posted September 12, 2010 Author Posted September 12, 2010 Assuming she even believed that... Which she probably did not. She more likely thought she would not be caught, and was stunned that she was. Quote
DaveStroem Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 But then again according to Carowinds, someone that posts here frequently is a a liar and a thief because their pass system stinks. Quote
The Interpreter Posted September 12, 2010 Author Posted September 12, 2010 Yep, same security people, too... Perhaps we had best add the words alleged in there somewhere! Then again, she did supposedly say an employee told her she could have the stuff. Who knows! Quote

There is no sense of right or wrong in the world anymore, simple as that. Quote
The Interpreter Posted September 12, 2010 Author Posted September 12, 2010 Especially when guests try to get in the park a second time using the same Platinum Pass on a Sunday morning, 45 minutes before the rides EVEN start. What would it profit a man (or woman) to do that, anyway? Quote
markr Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 ^I'm inclined to wait and see how this turns out after Terpie's experience. Remember, innocent until proven guilty. Quote
The Interpreter Posted September 12, 2010 Author Posted September 12, 2010 She agreed to that, or she could have allowed criminal prosecution. Parks, even Disney, do not get to have their own private court system. Well, strike that...Disney in Florida in effect DOES have its own private court system, though it is public, on paper. Quote
PREMiERdrum Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 $500 worth? What did she steal... 4 cheeseburger baskets and 4 Cokes? Quote
TylerRider Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 $500 worth? What did she steal... 4 cheeseburger baskets and 4 Cokes? Ik I bet people are wondering how she was able to steal $500 worth of stuff, at Carowinds, that isn't a lot Quote
