I will always regret that I never experienced Le Sourdsville. It looks like it was a charming park much like the heyday of old Coney Island.

Islander, who vividly remembers the kiddie coaster as being downright amazing, but has no memory whatsoever of Screechin' Eagle... And, as a small child, had given both more than a few rides!

I will definitely be keeping an eye out for that book. That series is always very well done (my family owns several other Images of America books), and it will be great to see the park in its heyday.
