Not Sell....Not Buy...Not Hold...Just Meh....

Well what kind of rating is neutral if it isn`t buy, sell or hold? Seems rather non-committal if you ask me.

It's we do not have the guts to tell you to stay away, nor do we recommend it...

Or, as I said, meh....

In light of how brokerage firm recommendations normally run, in reality, in my opinion neutral really means: "We don't recommend this, but just in case you do buy and somehow do make money, we didn't recommend against it either...if you lose, we didn't recommend it..."

So they said all that, but said nothing besides the names of all the parks!
